Basically you can reverse the momentum of some characters' special moves. That's all it is.
Just call it B Reversing/B Reversals and save everyone the confusion. People were desperate for wavedashing when they came up with that name.

Not at all. His thoughts on the game wouldn't be important as the others who are going to be able to play the game. I only posted his because it was all I could find.
Nintendo seasons. Summer ends around September 20-22. You extend that like 3 weeks and that's when Nintendo's summer ends. When they say Holidays, that ranges from November to March. Lol.
On a real note, I expected it to be in October from the get go. Some people got hyped and said July. That would've been waaayyyyyyy too good to be true.

Rosalina's FS looks to be very situational like Brawl DK/Jigglypuff's FS. Gotta be smart with it.

makes me wonder if the framerate holds up for final smashes(especially cut scene ones like mega man)

I think they're announcing unlockable characters before release. I imagine many characters we already know are in will be unlockable.
Also I don't see anything outdated about unlockable characters
