They should just make the tourneys all of the halo trilogy so when you enter the tourney you have to be proficient at all 3 games. 11 gametypes, 4 from two of the games and 3 from the last.

Also, I thought that MLG had a contract with Activision to make it so CoD is the only FPS on the Pro Circuit?

Yeah the worst competitive cod to date got national exposure at xgames. Black ops 2 was actually fun to watch but ghosts is just terribly boring.

Hopefully it returns to MLG but I don't blame them for dropping it. Reach and 4 were horrible for competitive play. I just miss the glory days of Halo 2 and 3 Watching MLG streams were epic back then.

Grew up watching Final Boss and Carbon tear up Halo 2, then really fell in love with MLG during the 2008 season. Would be great news for the franchise if MLG once again recognizes its competitive viability.

They did have a contract with Virgin Gaming, but that didn't stop AGL and UMG having tournaments, so I have no idea if it just stops MLG from having tournaments. Either way I'm sure the contract is over by now.
