Sadly a lot of Kirby's B moves are unsafe to do. HBox is a high level player and there is a good reason why he didn't use them. When he whiffed a hammer he got punished for it as you can see in the match. The brick would have been a death sentence if he used it.

but doing so he became extremely repetitive and predictable...scarf guy was able to handle him quite well because of that,he knew what moves he was not going to pull off..the only time he pulled out the side b hammer he got a KO if i remember correctly
