To be honest, in that interview I feel like they tried to downplay the shock of the sexuality. The guy would bring up instances of his surprise that this crossover actually got the go ahead, but all the interviewers would say is that Bayonetta's "style" looked "cool". Why does this bug me so much?

I don't know what you're talking about. The trailer for Smash 3DS showed Smash Run, Classic Mode, Home Run Contest, some sort of Adventure Mode type thing, and a bomb Home Run Contest, among other things.

Yeah, that is really nice. I also love the enthusiasm surrounding these games - especially when they showed Fantasy Life. You could tell how excited they were for showing and explaining the game
