I've watched so much nintendo in the past 24 hours it's crazy. How can anyone look at the 2014/2015 line up and say it isn't enough?

ZombiU is $9.99 at Best Buy right now. I highly recommend it, probably one of the greatest use of the gamerpad yet!

Edit: Pikmin 3 is amazing, but if you don't like the previous Pikmin games then you can skip it. Tropical Freeze is probably the best platformer in a long long time.

Why skip Pikmin 3 and Zombiu? Zombiu is actually one of the more interesting survival horror games in quite a long time

Doing yourself a huge disservice if you skip Pikmin 3, its sooooo good. I would also throw in votes for Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, and Scram Kitty.

don't skip zombi u please. it's cheap and one of the best games on the system. it's worth it for the multiplayer alone.

Seems like I'll be getting the WW bundle and grabbing Pikmin 3. I edited my post because I'm skipping DK for now. I think one mario is enough platformer for a while.

@ZombiU recommenders, I'm aware of the $10 sale, but honestly horror games aren't my thing. It'll just be another game I add to my evergrowing backlog that I'll never get around to playing.

A few more questions about the console itself if you guys don't mind.

1) What sort of mics can I use on the WiiU? Is it a standard PC headset jack, a bigger 360-like jack, or something else altogether?

2) Is the sensor bar needed to operate any of my games/the OS itself? It might be a little awkward fitting it in my setup, so I'd like to just leave it unplugged if possible.

Yeah, i didn't really enjoy it when i got it on launch but about a year later i put it on one night and actually played it the way it was ment to be played. Slow and with the lights off, fucking loved it and played it for like 4 nights straight.
