Fez is fun and enjoyable, great game, easy enough to get through... but then you discover that it hides the depths of true madness beneath it's surface. Next thing you know, you're like the guy in Memento for a month, except you're covered in square shapes and symbols.

Dude, MGS took like 5 hours to tranfer from the ps3 to my vita. I did Silent Hill at the same time and it took 2 minutes. Drove me batty.

No, no no that's not the Vita. That is not inline with SCEA's efforts for the vita. That would mean they've *marketed* the Vita.
In line with their zero marketing efforts, the Vita is the one holding on that person below the water (not shown in the pic).

Not gonna be there day one, but this Alpha has taken my interest level from minimal just based on my nostalgia for the Halo trilogy, to definite purchasing. Destiny is an absolute blast.

I don't know where else to share this, but I just discovered something neat about the web browser and potentially other similar apps. I use the PS4 web browser a lot when trying to find collectibles, or as a guide on getting last weapons in Dynasty Warriors, and I've often bemoaned the fact that you have to reopen it and reload each page every time you jump back into the menu from a game. Then, by accident, I discovered that double-tapping the PS button jumps you directly between game and web-browser, without having to reload any pages. I don't know if it works for any other apps yet, but it's a neat little feature that I didn't know about.
If this is well-known knowledge, uh... are there any party hats left?

I watched this 15 minute Gamespot video of Freedom Wars from E3, and actually am kinda digging it (more than just obligatory retail Vita-game interest) now that I know the story/setting and wtf the game is about besides killing big monsters.
Worth watching if you're on the fence about it, imo.

I second this motion. When I'm at college, the only way I can connect my Vita to the internet is by creating an access point with my laptop. Definitely not ideal.

love the UI! animations could be better though.
The video posted above makes it clear that it has a robust single player campaign with a fleshed out storyline.
Also confirms Japanese audio with subtitles.

Watching a friend stream Destiny... Halo is a given obviously (which is a good thing for me since I fucking loved Halo 1 back in the day), but I'm actually getting Phantasy Star Online vibes from this now. Maybe it's because of the scifi, the fact I played as a ranger class, and just seeing how fun playing with friends online will be. Fuuuuu I need to buy a PS4.

They're working on bringing it to PS4 only, I'd wager.
PS3 will be dead by the time they're ready and Vita is already dead (and doesn't have the horsepower).

It would be amazing. I imagine if that scenario happened it would become a PSN title playable on all Playstation devices at that point.

I'm just thinking back on the Type0 thread where a number of people are going "lol Vita". if it becomes Vita exclusive, all these console-only Vita haters might just implode.
