Is kassatsu even around? :(

Also, am I right that there are no details about sales yet for this week? I've been holding onto the same $10 in my account for over a month now...ready to get something new!

Bought a 20€ PSN credit code, now I'm ready to cry once I'll see Metropolis on dat OLED.

I'll pay just 9€ since my brother will pay the other half. Crossbuy I love you

Now I'm deciding on whether I should get Sly 3 as well...I'm still pissed I didn't manage to get the whole trilogy for 8€

A friend of mine is currently in the US, and I'm really thinking of making him buy a Vita Slim Borderlands 2 bundle for me, since there isn't Vita Slim in mainland Europe.
But I have few concerns... from my understanding the Borderlands 2 game is bundled as a PSN code and not a cartridge. And as a US PSN code, will it work with a EU PSN account?

Also, what are the input specs for the power brick? For my OLED vita, the power brick says input can be from 100 to 240Volts AC, so it should work with both US and EU standards (you know, 110V AC from the wall socket in the US and 220V AC in EU). What about the slim one? Is it the same, and can I use my old power brick?

Lastly, I think the Vita is region free, but just to make sure, I will be able to use my EU PSN account and EU game cartridges on a US console, right?

I hope the second week of the sale has something decent. I finally upgraded to 64GB (had 32GB since the Japanese launch) and I'm ready to spend.

There isn't any - but he's probably referring to the insane amount of pixel-crawl/aparent absence of mip-mapping on the foliage, which is - if we want to tie-it-to-hw - PS2 nostalgic nod, although PSP was pretty much the same in that respect.

Personally I attribute that more to Jpn-stylistic choices though - as it has been known to show up in number of other platform-games, including PC.

1. The code won't work, unfortunately =/

2. I dunno

3. Yep, definitely.

As cha said though the button prompts have been changed to be colourless, seems a bit odd to go to the effort to change that for the PS Now release but on the other hand I don't know why anyone else would have mentioned it at E3 so it probably is a PS Now demo.
The button prompts probably still have color, but it's difficult to tell because the color of the buttons aren't bright enough to "pop out" in an off-screen video. I don't see why a developer would change something as trivial as button color for a port either.

It's 100-240 too. Dunno if you can use the old brick with the micro-usb cord (never tried), but probably yes.

guys, I have a silly question.
I activated a three months long subscription at the end of April.
where can I found the expiration date? On the NES site, under my account? Should I activate the renewal within the, let's say, 28th of July, should I wait the August, or whatever?

The easiest way is to check the information tab of any game that you download with plus, there you will see how many days to expire your plus subscription.

There are a few places to check it. If you have a PS3 it can be found under Services/Accounts on the XMB Network section.

You can renew at any time. PS+ subscriptions stack.

So, I have a quick question.

I'm on an NA vita and am looking to grab the Ratchet collection tomorrow through the UK or EU store. I understand that I need to format my memory card to do that, and that's no big deal, but what about payment? Can anyone recommend a place to get PSN cards and whether I should get pounds or euros?

Also, sidenote, would simply buying the PS3 trilogy that's on sale in the UK get me the Vita version as well?

So, except for the Borderlands 2 code, everything should be fine with a imported console.
Problem is, everywhere I look, the Vita Slim is out of stock. :( But I'll have my friend look for it, and in case he gets me one, I will have a Borderlands 2 code to give away.

I was wondering why so many games from last year suddenly appeared on the first page of my download list.. turns out, whenever PS+ is renewed, the purchase dates of all PS+ content is set to the date of renewal. So annoying. Another reason why the download list is such an embarrassing mess.

I have never seen any AC adapter made in the last 10 years that is not fully universal. The days of single voltage and/or frequency AC adapters are long gone, you never need anything more than passive plug adapters now.

I really wish Sony would let us organize this, as well as the PS4 home screen. I want to sort everything into folders!

A bit off-topic, but are AC adapters for Nintendo handhelds universal too now? The DSi's wasn't, I think.

Oh wow. I just checked my 3DS adapter, and apparently it's not.

Bravo, Nintendo, bravo.

Then again maybe they just didn't bother labeling it properly.

Playing Dynasty Warriors Next on Vita, this is my first Dynasty Warriors game ever and it addicted as hell, it's very hard to stop playing, "this mission is last" mantra sounds every time

Giving up a copy is very kind of you =]
And you are welcome!

Random Post:

Retail Vita games that I have found are worth buying (you won't find many Japanese games as I'm not a fan of a lot of them). Low prices on some may have been a determining factor, and there may be games that I think are probably good but don't have so I'm not posting them:

DJMAX TECHNIKA TUNE
Gravity Rush
Hot Shots Golf: World Invitational
Killzone Mercenary
LittleBigPlanet Vita
Lumines Electronic Symphony
Mortal Kombat
Need for Speed Mos Wanted
Playstation All-Stars
Rayman Origins
Rayman Legends
Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed
Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time
Tearaway
Uncharted: Golden Abyss
Unit 13
Virtua Tennis 4
Wipeout 2048

I finally completed the map but
IbuBzVB.jpg

I'm having a problem looking for the last chest. I thought
the hidden chest at tower of providence will be the last one but it's not.
I don't even see a chest on my map. Bummer :/

it's not gamebreaking or anything, but for a game focussing so much on the visuals it's annoying - I expected it to run as fluent as rayman legends on the vita, doesn't come close to this.

so, serious framerate problems, but not gamebreaking?

what does that mean, is it consistent throughout the game or does it lag for a second every now and then?

serious might have been a bit too harsh. it's consistent as in: no constant 60 fps like rayman legends was (30 fps or even lower) additionally the framerate seems to drop a bit everytime the game saves

it's very noticeable (for me at least) and as I said, a bit annoying for a game with such beautiful visuals

Is this just in the vita version of the game or is it present in the ps3 version as well?
