Bloodborne leaked gameplay trailer (new leak, early footage)

after watching this trailer and the e3 footage, i'm glad they waited to show the game, dont know about you guys but the e3 footage and this is like night and day and i really cant wait to see more, awesome stuff
 
Happy if it stays 3/31/15. Now I just really hope Arkham Knight (TBD), The Order (2/20, according to the 'Stop), and Witcher 3 (2/24 [A Friday], 'cording to the 'Stop) stay several weeks away from Bloodborne to really give me time to savor it.
 
The new gameplay they showed at E3 this week is sporting much nicer visuals so I can see why they may have decided against showing that trailer. Still, it gives us a good indication of what the game is and what it plays like, which is a Souls game through and through. Hype!!!!
 
I can understand the reasons for them pulling this trailer. I'm sure they will reveal much more leading up to the release for which the wait is now going to be unbearable.

It's possible that they removed blocking completely in later builds or that blocking only absorbs a small amount of damage. Maybe something to use in a pinch.

Looks like everything I wanted and more. Even with the frame rate issues I still would've went with this trailer at the conference.

This trailer just ensures that I'll have a PS4 by then and preorder the collector's edition to ensure I have that soundtrack. And I normally don't do preorders or collector's editions. I think the last time I did either was Demon's Souls collector's edition, and that soundtrack still gets played.

That said, I can totally understand why gamers don't get shown early builds sometimes, with all the yuck graphics / poor frame rates posts we've been seeing about this game (not just on this site).

Same thing happened with Demon's Souls early build and the game being deemed a mess. But hey, I guess even Shu fell into that trap :)

Eventhough the game is a lot closer to DarkSouls both aethsetically and mechanically.Its more of a DarkSouls successor in my eyes.

But Demon Souls started it all so technically its a DeS successor.

So freaking EPIC! I've watched this so many times now and I notice new things every time. This is going to be so fucking good, can't wait!

Locking on might provide a SIDE STEP kind of like how Zelda does it (or how monster hunter does it with certain weapons unsheathed)

The game looks sooo much better but a great thing about the trailer is you can see the combat and feeling of the game is a true Demon Soul successor but with even more epicness thrown in. I know some people were concerned you were going to be just in the city but as you can see your going all over the place and as always the more sinister and dark your surrounding make the sun that much more brilliant when if finally rises.

It's one word which then echoes. Perhaps the name of the protagonist? It's very sibilant so there's probably an 's' in there somewhere.

My, oh my. Despite being really old footage, they would have been better off to show this over the CG trailer, IMO. Or at least mix some of the new gameplay footage in with the CG, since we know they had it running (and looking much better) behind closed doors.
 
Gameplay looks amazing. Is it just me or do the enemy hit reactions look better in this gameplay video than the new (albeit really brief) clips. In the new one it didn't even look like the player was hitting the enemies.
 
Great to see some weapon variety, the dual swords looks amazing.

The bosses are giving me a Soul Sacrifice vibe, the boss with multiple heads and arms looks straight ripped from Illecebra.

This was such a fantastic video to watch right before bed, but it's even better waking up to it and reassuring myself it wasn't all a dream.

The wait for this game is going to be atrocious. Where is Dr. Who when you need him?

Looks like the trailer proved to us that there are plenty of different weapons other than the sawblade.

With an early 2015 release date, I wonder if the game is in alpha right now and they're spending their time beefing up the visuals and audio effects. Hell I would be happy with the downgraded version at this point. Just gimme!!!!
 
They should've shown this at E3, it's a much better trailer.

And it looks like the game play has changed in the new build? The new build's combat seems much calmer and not as hectic as the trailer.
