Destiny alpha code begging thread

I used my username to register and have not had a code.
 
Pretty brilliant move on the part of Bungie to release the Alpha to just the PS4 players. By choosing one platform, it has ensured that the gloat factor will generate a ton of positive feedback.

The same would have happened if they had just given it to Xbox One users.
 
I would highly recommend not listening to anyone saying anything on who got the codes/when they're giving out/if they've stopped, etc etc.

Nobody seems to know. We're getting tons of conflicting stories. Even if Bungie says shit I'd be leery of it at this point

Anyone willing to give me an extra code? Ive been trying for the last 3 days and havent had any luck. People grab the codes too fast for me while im at work. I went out and bought a PS4 and renewed my PS Plus just for this stupid Alpha that supposedly everyone that signed up was able to get in. Signed up twice for the Alpha when the website went up, I even did it correctly so I dont see what happened but its just my luck. Same thing happened with Titanfall but I helped out like 20 ppl with codes for that, wheres the love Gaf?

Jesus christ just got one of Twitter. If you're extremely fast keep refreshing the search for "Destiny alpha" and be fast on that pad.

If they still send any keys I will donate them to NeoGAF dudes obviously.
 
Would anyone so kindly give me a code? I wont be able to mess with it for another 6 or so hours but it would be nice to know that it wont be gone before I get the opportunity to use it.

And don't try to tell me about the community or any of that. On a base level, people have something you want, which is hard to get. They can do what they like. While it's awesome to see people give out their codes here, it's the equivalent of throwing a raw steak into a pile of lions, it's never enough and nobody really wins out of it.

wow, sod off with that crap. this isn't just any "community", this is neogaf. This is where the most passionate people come to share, help, celebrate, discuss, and argue over their love of video games. This is where so many friendships are formed. This is where the so called "pack of lions" give away entire free games and free consoles, for nothing in return but a "thank you" and the knowledge that they made someone's day. This is the place where we have power to catapult gaming issues into the limelight, or rise obscure gaming kick-starters to success. This is where we have the most generous of people, whether its to help someone in the gaming world to fight cancer, or to help one of our own. We're so big we get mentioned in a goddamn E3 press conference now. If you can't appreciate what this community is, diluting it into a pack of loins looking for raw meat, you don't belong in this thread.

We help each other, we support each other and people in our hobby, because we just all love games. Sometimes, you need to break out of a mold of cynicism.

Odd I got a notif on my Playstation iOS app saying welcome to the Destiny Beta. I got all excited and logged into my Ps4 and......Nothing in the notif section. Anybody else experience this?

I've abandoned all hope of getting one by email, I guess. I'm at work all day and won't be able to check the thread too much. So if someone wants to be kind I'd definitely accept a PM.
