I thought the game was much better than my first impressions based on that leaked alpha video a week or two ago. I really liked the competitive mode. I'll probably pick up the game eventually, and I'll definitely jump back in for the beta when that goes live.

The rate they respawn appears to be tied to the number of Guardians currently in the area.
