France played against Honduras. And Brazil is ok at best at the moment considering how good they usually are.

I'm not willing to go that far, but playing Costa Rica in the northern part of Brazil means you're playing them on their terms. It's not as bad as walking into Saprissa, and of the European teams, I'd expect Italy to deal with the weather better than most, but I don't think they're going to have an easy day.
