I really enjoyed playing hunter, but yeah, I never felt all that compelled to use the golden gun. It was pretty weak. It was more fun using it to explode normal enemies. I think I'll be giving the warlock a go in the beta. I tried it for a few minutes, but the jumping mechanic turned me off immediately. Unfortunately that was because I didn't know how to use it. I pressed jump, then I pressed jump again and it did some stupid little downward float. It wasn't until the alpha was all but over that I realized if you tapped jump twice in quick succession she jumped and floated really high. Combined with her special move, I bet that's a lot more fun than golden guns.

You can miss with the throwing knife. You don't miss with that^^^

The throwing knife paired with the ability to reset the throwing knife cooldown by getting a precision kill with it is going to be a fun mini-game.

The titan's punch has a chance to instantly reset the titan's punch. Lol.
Pssssh a "chance". With knife, you have a 100 percent chance to reset the knife. =)

Yup.. TDL on Legend, all three shots from the Golden Gun wouldn't put a dent in a shielded Captain. I'll definitely be going Arc Blade asap.

Agreed. Though I wonder what happens when I unlock Blink? It's mapped to R1. Will I Blink when pressing R1 near an enemy?
Should be simple enough. Weaken enemy with gun then execute with melee to replenish health. I'm going Rambo.

Regarding blink, you'll probably lose the ability to midair melee is my guess. It says blink replaces the glide, so you've probably gotta be in the air for R1 to be blink instead of melee.
And yeah, definitely weaken with a gun first, but a lot of the time on Legend difficulty, that's not really viable (pretty much not viable at all when there are multiple enemies with yellow health bars on screen). I personally don't know which Warlock melee I'm going to end up going with.

I did leveled a hunter to 8 in the alpha and a warlock too, but it was the one I left to last thinking it was teh one that would suck the one that I felt inlove with, dat Titan!

I got four kills with the Warlock's Nova Bomb in Crucible and got SPACE MAGIC. Made me smile.
Agreed. I can highly recommend the Sony Gold headsets though. People on the other end say they can hear me clearly when I'm using the mic on it. Game audio also sounds great on it, and it's really easy to mute and mix game/chat audio.

Yah, not a fan; played all three classes to the cap and though I know the later skills line up with it, the delay before it gets activated makes it suck somewhat. Hunter has the best melee though I think.
What I think is the worst though is how crappy the handgun is as a weapon class in general.
