For me he will always be Calvera from The Magnificent Seven. My favorite exchange:

Calvera: Last month we were in San Juan. Rich town. Sit down. Rich town, much blessed by God. Big church. Not like here - little church, priest comes twice a year. BIG one. You'd think we'd find gold candlesticks. Poor box filled to overflowing. Do you know what we found? Brass candlesticks. Almost nothing in the poor box.
Sidekick: But we took it anyway.
Calvera: I KNOW we took it anyway. I'm trying to show him how little religion some people now have.

Happy trails Mr. Wallach!

This is sacrilege. I was trying to find a gif or video of Tuco doing his iconic sign of the cross from TGTBATU, and all I could find was stupid gifs of this fucker. The Internet should not be making this guy the first recognized "Tuco"!

Last movie I saw him in was The Ghost Writer with Ewan Mcgregor, and didn't even recognize him. My dad did immediately recognized him and was surprised he was still alive as he was 93/94 at the time AND still acting. 98 is a hell of an age to go. RIP
