Someone from some site leaked it.

There's that Hobby Fair over the weekend. Unless it's just the E3 demo. It's probably the E3 demo.

Gematsu? Or the half hundred other guys who aren't genuine?
Nah, it was from some lame site called Neogaf. I hear that everyone at that place is so stupid that they believe that Falco will be announced before every single POTD. I recommend staying away from those people.

Can the person that makes these:

Make one of Ridley's lower half cut off just for laughs. I dont even want it as an avatar I just think it would be funny.

For real this time?

It's going to be on in a few minutes, there's also a 16 player project M exhibition but I don't know if the announcement is before or after.

I'm pretty sure the new build has been sighted at CEO so I'm assuming that the announcement will be before and then they'll be playing the new build.

E: It's supposed to be at 8pm EST but I'm thinking it's going to run late.

Still have barley even played Project M.

Probably should download it.

Well you can do crazy shit with your favourite character.

But if you think brawl is better than melee mechanically or you're just not interested in a more competitive game then I wouldn't say it's worth it, it doesn't have as much to offer to someone with that preference.

Or if you really like metwo, roy or dr. mario then that's a reason to go for it, too.

HOLY FUCKING SHIT. Snake's just a straight mad man in that!!

I don't necessarily think Brawl is better mechanically, I've just never liked to get serious competitive play in my Smash. Me and my buddies get intense though, but I never wanted to get to deep.

So I dunno. I like a lot of what I've seen from it. I do get competitive with typical fighters, and so much about it seems like it's designed more like an actual fighting game. I'm just not sure if I want that. But either way I should really check it out for myself.

Finally at the grand finals of Capcom vs SNK now, P:M afterwards after being delayed by over an hour.

Hope there aren't too many more delays because it's getting late here.

Wasn't there some weird "leak" of Sami going to be in Project M a while back?

Still it's cool to see an original character make it in PM!

I think it's more Batty's wishful thinking :3

That said, there was some kind of model of Sami floating about the internet at some point and some vague rumours, but nothing was confirmed so take it with a truckload of salt :3

Yeah, I remember the leak. It was Sami/Lynn/Knuckles/Isaac/Skull Kid.
None of which I expect to appear in Smash 4, so I'd imagine they're eligible.

Oh, is she really going to be playable? I cant watch that twitch stream atm, also are they demoing her?(if its true)

Trolling, or is this for real?

Wait is this real? :O

No trolling. I think you guys mistook what I said. :x I was just saying for her to be playable, not is going to be playable. Sorryz.

Gem gots it.

And that's exactly what popped up in my head, it would be pretty great if it ended up being real.

I'm down with supporting Project M, but I think they're going to start getting into some weird territory if they start adding in certain new characters. It's kind of already weird enough they're adding any at all.

Let alone characters like Issac, who I don't believe will be playable in SSB4 either, but he does have more support from fans than many other characters. And Sami, which while might not be highly requested, I think we'd all enjoy a AW rep in Smash, and I don't think it's out of the question that it could happen one day. Basically, the characters from series' that aren't repped yet by a playable rep are extra strange to me.

Apparently the treehouse people said the Random spot becomes the Mii Fighter spot when customization is turned on, so that actually leaves room for an additional character (probably not a newcomer though or it would have been leaked). Mewtwo? Snake? Ivysaur? DLC? Nobody (Miis actually get their own spot with two randoms when customization is off)?

When customization is off you can't even pick Mii? But they have a default move set? Why the weird arbitrary restriction?

I wouldn't call it weird territory, that's just what mods are and always have been for any game really.

You're not going to make the game we want or add the content we want? We'll just make it ourselves.

I get that, but with the way things are, Project M is also always walking a legal tightrope. I don't think this type of stuff would help that at all, and could possibly damage their image.

It's walking a legal tightrope by existing and if Nintendo wanted to get rid of it, they would have done so by now.

They've already added characters anyway so it's not as if there isn't a precedent for this happening.

Sonic gets three kills everytime with his final smash, Ness gets two hits, neither of which kill.

This is why final smashes suck.
