They're actually barefoot; the sandals are part of their feet.b) how does a Mimicutie put her footwear on?![]()
They're both late fall games right? Seems a bit odd, but I can see them holding back Wii U news as to do a big push to get people hyped up near release of both.
Sakurai should have went a full out and gave Marth a wedding outfit alt.
As happy as I would be that K. Rool'd get in at all, I'm still hoping he'll be DLC down the line. Besides, it's just a "Bigger Kremling;" how do we not know it's not Klubba or something?
I guess the question is, "what is considered a boss?"
Is that giant goomba considered a boss?

We must listen to this man.
It's been 3 weeks since we uncovered a trailer pointing to the existence of the playable character Palutena. Since that day we have been exploring in the vain hope of finding out further details but alas, any information on the green-haired goddess have proven elusive.
Supplies are running low and we've lost several team members to the perils of the PotD jungle already. Sir Jeremy sacrificed himself so that we could escape when a wild pink-jumpsuit boxer ambushed us from the undergrowth and Lady Derrington fell to an arcane trap that left her in the vacuum of space with 2 other characters who seemed undaunted by the lack of oxygen.
Our only hope is that we can find something relating to the secretive deity before the remaining members of the group are lost, or worse; our dwindling food supply leads to a most desperate solution for alternative sources of sustenance...
She has the Dark Souls Mimic put it on of course. That's why they're OTP!The pictures you had in that post originally made me realise two things:
a) The lil' sandal type things Mimicuties wear have nasty looking spike wing things on them. Might explain why they do such horrendous amounts of damage when they kick you :3
b) how does a Mimicutie put her footwear on?![]()
Well they can't be that young if they are a Mewtwo fans. If one assumes they are American, they got Pokémon R/B in 1998 which is 16 years ago. If we assume the minimum age of playing it is three then the youngest they'd be today is 19. We're talking young adults here still crying over Mewtwo in the year 2014. Get over it people. Better Pokémon have been introduced like Ludicolo and Stunfisk so Mewtwo really isn't that big of a deal these days. You guys do know it's just lil kids that are saying that and they might not know any better or just straight up trolls right?
So I kind of realized we really haven't had a single villain revealed for this game.
64 didn't have any.
Melee had Bowser, Ganondorf, and Mewtwo.
Brawl had Meta Knight, Dedede, Wario , and Wolf.
This one hasn't had any yet. Who is it going to add? Dark Pit seems likely, even though Hades is the best Ninty villain in years.

Dark pit as an alt similar to the wii fit trainers?

Ludicolo in Smash would be the greatest thing ever.Well they can't be that young if they are a Mewtwo fans. If one assumes they are American, they got Pokémon R/B in 1998 which is 16 years ago. I would've liked a Magician Mii Fighter person.
That way you cover are the general categories, fighter, swordsman, gunner, and magician. Maybe it's just because I do not like the number 3 in Smash.
But I can see why we ended up with what we got.

Just wait until Demise, Ridley, Mewtwo, and Hades are revealed. So I kind of realized we really haven't had a single villain revealed for this game.

So Donkey Kong with his FS, okayWe don't need villains, we need a rhythm based fighter.

Who knows. Gunner might have an outfit/costume that makes him look like a magician. It wouldn't be that far fetched for big explosion to be thought of as big fireball spell.
Instant main for me if that ever actually happened. I love vocaloid in general but Miku is awesome plus I love the idea of fighting via music/singing (I always play Bard class in RPGs)We don't need villains, we need a rhythm based fighter.

Mewtwo was in XY and just had a movie, which I can only imagine younger fans actually watched. Plus, Mewtwos cool.Well they can't be that young if they are a Mewtwo fans. I thought they said Samus was way OP this time around? If Samus sucks in this one, I can just play Gunner Mii and pretend she's Samus.

Sakurai said that's what the dev team's tests were showing, but Hugs, along with the other ~Smash community players from the invitational seemed to disagree.I thought they said Samus was way OP this time around?
Was it for that specific build that everyone played, or the current most recent build back at the studio? I thought it was the latter, it explained why Samus wasn't actually that good. They deemed her the strongest character in that specific build based on their own internal testing, but nobody who tried the demo on the show floor or at Best Buy seemed to agree.
Presumably because they have a different set of metrics for character balance, but...

Nah, Dark Pit as either playable or a stage boss seems likely after that Palutena trailer tease.
Dark Pit, Dark Link, Dark Samus event match. Gotta continue that pattern.I'm leaning towards stage boss.

The same is true for New Pork City, yet it had the closest thing to a boss character that we had seen. Having the room to avoid the stage boss seems fine to me.A Dark Pit stage boss wouldn't make any sense. Palutena's Temple's "gimmick" is that it's absolutely huge, and I don't see how a boss could be implemented there. Not to mention Dark Pit doesn't really have anything to do with Palutena's Temple.
The Ultimate Chimera just sort of popped out -- I wouldn't call it a "boss." I'd have to assume Dark Pit would be flying around, and he'd end up blending in with the rest of the characters. It'd be really awkward and out of place. The same is true for New Pork City, yet it had the closest thing to a boss character that we had seen. Though it is hard to imagine a character that looks like a fighter acting as a stage boss. Too small.

Dark Pit probably won't be added as a standalone. Maybe as part of Pit. Mewtwo could be back too.So I kind of realized we really haven't had a single villain revealed for this game.
