And no way to get a podcast feed for that, right?
Right. Or at least as far as I'm aware.

Speakin' of Greg Miller, now that I think of it, all those people that thought he was so embarrassing on the live stream... Just so you're aware, Greg regularly takes off his shirt during podcasts and it really had nothing to do with how drunk he was. Just in case people thought it was some sort of signifier that he must've been super wasted. It wasn't.
Jeez, I don't think Greg was even near drunk on that stream. He seemed pretty lucid, just down for whatever.
I feel bad for the people who thought he was embarrassing because they've probably never had a real good time in their life and they deserve to have one.
Wait... there are people who are upset at Patrick for explaining what a mod is in his article about the doom mod ? Who are these people ? On Twitter ?
I dunno, I think he's got the Small Child style down.https://twitter.com/frailgesture/status/485241816724570112
How about we buy Matt Rorie some dancing lessons?

Dan being mad when he loses? That Mario Party 2 one... was it a Replay, or super replay showdown? One or the other. He got pretty mad at the rest of them... though they were constantly messing with him. Tim Turi sabotaging multiple 2v2 team minigames by refusing to do anything while teamed with Dan was pretty mean... but of course one of the things with the Game Informer videos was 'the others find Dan annoying', Dan has that evil laugh, etc, so you can kind of understand it. Still kind of cruel though.Dan's not too far off the mark either. There were episodes on GI where Dan would bring up other times he lost to someone but rub it in greatly when beating someone. I can't think of many off the top of my head but Dan can get salty. Ninja Gaiden Super Replay comes to mind.
He puts the segments of the video feed up on his YouTube channel. No idea if its the whole so or just the parts he wants uploaded. And no way to get a podcast feed for that, right?
No idea why anyone would pay for a podcast. Completely idiotic in this day and age.
Anyway, I am off to catch up on Alt F1
How is the F1 podcast? I have zero interest in the sport, but love Danny and Drew.
this week's was great and they went off topic a lot. It is still a car racing podcast first and foremost, so don't expect bombcast levels of off-topic-ness. or hey, maybe you'll get into f1 like I did!
Thanks for the info! Guess I'll start at the beginning.
Catching up on UPF. Watching the Steam Sale ep and man, chat trolled Jeff hard with those game choices. Fucking Bad Rats, lol
it could have been a fun episode but the chat was picking awful games that didn't end up being that fun to watch. made me cry all day.

What a surprise you feel that way, your comments are usually so chipper and positive. It's super weird how often this thread gets filled with comments like this.
I can see his point. Doesn't he have some formal journalism training? Pretty sure it's taught stuff like that is frowned upon.I remember Patrick having a conversation on the bombcast where he mentioned that you shouldn't use phrases like "FPS, MOBA or Mod" (not his exact words, can't remember the actual examples) when writing something cause you shouldn't asume that everybody already knows what they mean and new gamers might be turned off by this.
Wow, that's quite high. Didn't think it'd be much over $100, must be all your import fees on alcohol. If people wanted more money to go to a local SF dog kennel charity, you can pull a Ubisoft and downgrade that to a Macallan 12. Should be about half the price.and recommended Macallan 18 (If people have other brands let me know). Looking online, I'm seeing prices $180-200. Though I'll have to get this in person as they don't ship to MA

I don't see how saying I feel bad for people who are so prude they get embarrassed by a man taking off his shirt is condescending.if the implication here was that your post was positive, it wasn't; it was condescending as fuck
Fridge fund has stabilized at $493. This is currently the frontrunner:
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00DSJ7DLY/?tag=neogaf0e-20
It's $229 with shipping. For the rest, someone suggested a good bottle of whiskey, and recommended Macallan 18 (If people have other brands let me know). Looking online, I'm seeing prices $180-200. Though I'll have to get this in person as they don't ship to MA (and if anyone knows of better liquor stores in the MA or NH area let me know). Still leaves plenty of money for puppy magnets, wrapping paper, and other oddities. So still looking for suggestions on those fronts.
There's a google doc for making suggestions and such:
quote to see
I plan on ordering the fridge Sunday afternoon EST. Will probably pick up the booze Monday or Tuesday. Will ship it out via UPS likely the day after it arrives, so someone should add the proper address to the google doc before then.
I really think a donation in Rorie's name to a reputable dog rescue in the Bay Area would be FAR more appreciated than a $200 bottle of Scotch.

Either way is fine with me personally. If people like this more, someone find me a Bay Area rescue shelter that takes online donations, and we'll find a way of doing that instead.I really think a donation in Rorie's name to a reputable dog rescue in the Bay Area would be FAR more appreciated than a $200 bottle of Scotch.
Rocket Dog takes online donations. They are actually fairly close to the CBSi office.
Copper's Dream animal rescue also takes online donations, and you can sponsor a dog for $40. The sponsor's name and a message will appear on their website. We could probably afford to sponsor a few dogs in Rorie's name.
I'm so down with the idea of having a fucking gang of dogs in Rorie's name for a month. We need something catchy, Matt's Mutts? Pups Pending Pets?Rocket Dog takes online donations. They are actually fairly close to the CBSi office.
