We're in Daylight Savings Time, so it's EDT.

The IGN sizzler that Bungie tweeted says "Coverage Begins July 7 at 9AM PT". The tweet says "First!" which might imply that this will be the breaking news of Bungie Day.

It's not common knowledge, but it can cause confusion because EST is UTC -0500 and EDT is UTC -0400, so someone trying to translate from a different timezone could end up off by one hour by mixing up those two abbreviations.

I like to think I am a smart person, but I did a pretty dumb thing this morning. I live in LA, so I had pumped myself up for news at 9 am and set an alarm. So at 9 am I get up, make a cup of coffee, and sit down to watch some destiny face melting goodness. One small problem though. I am on vacation. In Texas. And it is only 7:30 back on the west coast. Damnit, I am so used to seeing PST time and that applying to me.

Yes there is single player but you'll miss out on strikes, crucible and raid(s).

I believe story and exploration can be done alone.

New playable class announcement: Vehicle Mechanic. Upgrade your mechanic toolset with rare items and perform repairs on damaged Sparrows, Ships, and ensure they are refueled. Greasy arm effects, tattoos and jean cracks costume options.



I would like to see a Horde Mode announced, so much potential.
