Haha and on cue they price it like that. Knew that would happen. They did the same with the Titanfall CE, but that sold well, and this will probably too. Even though I do work for them, I don't agree with their 1:1 conversion from $ to £ on the last couple of exclusive CE they have got at all.

If you select Xbox One, it says "not available in that edition." It doesn't take you to the email sign up. Weird.

Though true, the expansion packs are also included (according to amazon), which will priced at £34.99 anyway.

Those two dlc packs will add up to £35!? :O

The Destiny Expansion Pass will be available for $34.99/£34.99 on its own and the packs will cost $19.99/£19.99 by themselves. That means the $99.99/£94.99 Limited Edition or $89.99/£84.99 Digital Guardian Edition will be a better value for fans who plan on buying the expansions. The Ghost Edition will cost $149.99/£149.99.

Oh my. I'll wait and see how the expansions turn out at that kind of price... They need to be huuuuuuuge!

it isn't sold out. it just hasn't been available for xbox one yet for some odd reason. you can click on ps4 and it would say sign up to be notified which means sold out. xbox 360 and ps3 are still available,.

From the way I'm interpreting it, the expansions will just be digital only. Not like your traditional MMO where they release a physical copy & CE of the expansions along with the digital versions. Think more along the lines of DLC.

Pre ordering any of the special editions gets you:
Expansion Pass:Includes Expansion I & 2
Exclusive Collectors Edition DLC
-Pre order from GameStop and you also get the Sparrow DLC

The Expansion Pass DOES NOT cover the Exclusive Collectors Edition DLC and you will not get it.

If a player was going to buy the expansion pass anyways then it's the best value because a $60 Game + $35 for the Expansion Pass is already $95 so for $5 more you get some extra DLC and the Physical Goods (minus The Ghost Ornament from the Ghost Edition) so it would be a foolish move not to get the Limited Edition.
