A Wendigo?!

Is it not a bit weird that a 30+ year old woman is calling a 16 year old kid a hottie after kissing a 19 year old an episode prior?

It sounds very scripted. She's just doing her hosting duties.

re: new kid gets bitten: at least his leg will heal. Hopefully before the X-Ray.

I'm catching up on Wolf Watch but did you notice that Jill got excited that the new guy was almost cast as Terek? She imagined making out with him also. :lol

I liked the episode. Nice pacing and some cute moments. Especially Malia/Stiles.

It was also kind of refreshing to get back to Lacrosse for a bit. The school segments in general have been solid.

Not particularly a fan of the villain right now though.

Kira still sucks.

Welp, they got to the bite quickly.

Lydia *IS* straight up the Will Graham of the show now. Just flowing in and out of murder waves. "Oop well, here are some more bodies!"

Glad they got that bite out of the way pretty quickly. Hopefully they handle his transformation/okay with it quickly too (or at least mostly off screen?).

I love the new badguy. He's also another Banshee dude along with that deep voiced Indian guy from last season. He played the prison raping albino in season 1. If you guys are interested in watching him act tough, flex his pecs and talk about fucking dudes in the face/ass.

What are you talking about?

Season one of Banshee, not Teen Wolf.

He's been in a lot of genre shows lately. (He was just on Game of Thrones too.) I think he's really hot, it's too bad he always playing psychotic freaks.
Ah yes he played the warg. I like him too very menacing.

I say this episode was once again filled with some pretty good jokes and laughs although I feel like the Lacrosse team scene went on for a bit too long,

Also I so called the new kid getting bit but not quite in that fashion lol geez talk about terrible luck getting your leg broken, almost murdered by a Wendigo and then being bit by a Werewolf all in the same day.

If Kira's parents were only going to stay in Beacon Hills temporarily why the hell did they go a buy a house, why not just rent an apartment?

But his dad is really handsome, and they're probably rich, so it all works out.

Because they're ballers. You seen Kira's swag, she got it from parents.

Also, the new kid's step-dad played a vampire hunter on TVD. I watch too many fucking genre shows.

Also i know it's weird as fuck because she's in high school...but I wasn't the only one who thought Lydia and Parrish had chemistry right?

First off, Wendigos! We got Wendigos! Finally! I was hoping that we'd eventually get one!

I was, of course, hoping we'd get it as a Big Bad, but I'll take what I can get. That was good. And surprisingly creepy.

Man, that hospital has some shitty luck.

Thoughts:

- That opener was creepy as fuck. It seemed so much like a slasher flick. Very great, tense opening.

- COACH FINSTOCK! <3 everything about him. Loved "Those two are like sons to me." Also, wtf at Kira hitting him in the chest with the ball. THE MAN WAS SHOT IN THE HEART WITH AN ARROW A YEAR AGO. THE FUCK, GIRL. NOT COOL.

- Malia/Stiles are the cutest couple ever. Where's my feral coyote girl? :( I really loved the little highlighters/strings thing.

- Scott/Kira had a great, adorable scene. Also, damn, that scene with the Sheriff and Melissa was nice.

- Lydia wound up at a dead body place again, and Parrish is like "Whatever." I love how chill he is at this point, he doesn't suspect her of anything and just rolls with it. I like Parrish. The actor has a great likability. I hope they do more with him. I hope he doesn't get offed to show this season is serious business.

- Liam is blah.

- The Benefactor (?) is creepy as fuck. Mouthless faces are so creepy. Is he a serial killer of supernaturals? Why leave Scott alone? Cause he's the good guy? Is the mouthless guy the Big Bad or is there something else behind the scenes?

- Lol @ Peter balking at the idea of getting a job. How else you gonna pay the rent on the loft of fabulousness.

- Anyone else think Derek and... Fake Marshall Lady (what the hell is her name) have a bit of heat going on there?

- Was not a fan of the musical choices in this episode.

- Why do all the teachers of Beacon Hills force the formerly feral coyote girls to answer these questions when they know she's been lost in the woods for nine years?

Isn't this supposed to be the action/adventure season? Not the horrible bloody murder psychopathic killers with crazy meatlockers filled with dead people season? :O

That is Teen Wolf's version of the action/adventure season.

NTGYK is gonna be so happy. He got his wendigos.

AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW YEAH

Lydia *IS* straight up the Will Graham of the show now. Just flowing in and out of murder waves. "Oop well, here are some more bodies!"

They need to give Lydia Will's empath abilities. It would show her controlling her abilities and allow some wicked trippy dream sequences.

Shit, it is The Albino!

Also i know it's weird as fuck because she's in high school...but I wasn't the only one who thought Lydia and Parrish had chemistry right?

They had a good rapport, but romantic chemistry would be too weird.

Holland has chemistry with errybody though.

Oh yeah, I was so shocked by the bite that I didn't even think about Liam. I like him, he's hot
I'm 16 I can say that
and he feels totally different from Jackson at least right now. I'm glad he's part of the pack and based on what Davis said I think we'll get great scenes with him,

Aww yeah, more classic Teen Wolf! Loved it. The last two episodes are totally recapturing the things that made the first two seasons awesome. (Except Jackson. Come back, Jackson. I'm sure there's an archery club somewhere in Beacon Hills, buddy. They'll let you shoot pointy things at targets and knit your eyebrows and set your jaw firmly and melt the fucking camera with your hot face, good god.)

Malia finally kind of fits. I'm warming up to her.

Parrish's clothing is still bothering me. It keeps covering up his body for some reason. What's with that?

I'm definitely up for Kira joining the lacrosse team. I don't know why, it just makes sense that her Mighty Morphin' katana skills would carry over somehow. I approve.

I like that we can have spooky Lydia and sassy Lydia in the same season. The writer(s) could have ruined her character by making her completely serious.

Is Liam the hunklet who's totally inappropriate to "hnnng" over? Is he? Dammit show, I am so not cool with this.

Hunks are like fine wine. If you get distracted by their tight shirts and pouty lips before they're 18 years old, you should probably keep it to yourself. Man, that analogy really fell apart.

He's only 16? Fuckkk. Show dropped.
i can't torture myself with watching this show but having to avoid bad thoughts about him. How dare they cast a minor! Lol

Malia's adventures in Maths.

#dead

And what's the deal with Word's Worst Were Person's eye color?

Edit: Who the heck is this bald creep?
Edit: Wendigos! Gore! Stiles getting some! I feel like this was the best episode so far. Damn solid stuff.

Parrish deserves better.
I still think Parrish is gonna be gay. Ryan Kelley said they haven't had him with a love interest yet, so I don't see him getting with Lydia. (Also, she's a student and he's an adult people.)

I really liked their scene, but just because two characters start talking to each other, it doesn't instantly mean that they are gonna hook up, even if this is the internet age! I think the scene had more to do with hinting about Parrish's true nature.

FYI: The daily round-up is coming, just waiting on the ratings to be posted.

I would not object to this.

This season has been disturbingly devoid of homoerotic moments.

See, im not crazy. Even he picked up romantic chemistry vibes from Lydia & Parrish.

That's just the raw animal magnetism that they both exude. I can attest to Lydia, Hours can attest to Parrish.

And vice versa.

I bet Parrish turns out to be a banshee. Or something Celtic-y.

I think I mentioned they had chemistry earlier in the thread. People, looks around, just want Parish to be gay for reasons. Kinda like Stiles back in the day.
Except that Parrish hasn't expressed romantic interest in anyone, male or female. Talking to a girl =/= being interested in her romantically. Stiles's interest in ladies was always present, from the very start.

Also, Lydia is a student.

I believe the new gay charater(s?) debut next week.

Just kidding, it'd be fucked up.

What if it turned out that Parrish was asexual...?

What would Hours and Monacle do?

My biggest disappointment so far this season is the lack of Lydia development. I said before the start of the season that I wanted to explore her powers more.

The last few episodes of "same old, same old" has made me realize how thin her character has run at this point. I actually find her persona boring at this point.

I hope I'm not misremembering, but I remember reading that this season would
have another banshee collide with the main cast. Maybe that'll be Lydia's time to shine.

They're missing such a golden opportunity to turn Lydia into a legit snarky, sexy, supernatural Will Graham.

She already has had fucked up hallucinations and sleepwalking in Season 2. Death constantly calls her to crime scenes. Just go a bit further and give her twisted dreams and hallucinations and have her learn how to channel it. She'd be like Will Graham, but put together and not half-insane half the time.

I have been avoiding spoilers. So I was not aware.

Also, I am no longer content with the gay characters all being meaningless sideshows that disappear when convenient. Anyone who was brought in this late in the season obviously won't have any significant role to play.
