LeBron James taking his talents back to the rust belt. PEACE

But Miami already knew that feeling. Our city hasn’t had that feeling in a long, long, long time. My goal is still to win as many titles as possible, no question. But what’s most important for me is bringing one trophy back to Northeast Ohio.

In Northeast Ohio, nothing is given. Everything is earned. You work for what you have.

Bron got me wanting a Cavs title now ;_;

Welcome Home @kingjames. I am excited for the fans and people of Cleveland and Ohio. No fans and people deserve a winner more than them.....

I'm a fan of Lebron after that letter. I'll root for Cleveland casually, as long as it doesn't mess with my Raptors #WeTheNorth

LOL at LeBron not mentioning Wiggins in that letter.

Heat logo?

With Wade, Bosh and Riley sad faces. Well angry for Riley lol

Well lets see were we go from here.

Will Miami try and contend? Aka resign bosh/wade and go for Melo, or ride off into the sunset with wade to blow it up and start from scratch.

Will be an interesting few days.

Fuck man, I'm crying in real life.

Midwesterners know this more than most: home is where the heart is. As one Clevelander currently living in Miami, there really is no place like home. The people, the culture, the heart, the hope in spite of the decades of struggle.

To hear his words reflect my own hit close, and are words I can not only appreciate, but feel.

Hope returns to a city that needs it more than most, and to a fan base that deserves some as much as any. Fans that won't desert the team or its players. Fans that won't walk out before the buzzer sounds in the Finals to try to beat traffic. Hopefully we'll be able to compete for titles in upcoming years.

For now, I'll just smile and dust off my old #23 LeBron jersey and hope for basketball glory again.

Hold me, Cavs fans.

Hey Miami Heat fans, when all you wear white at home games it's fucking creepy.

Like really fucking creepy.

I think so.

Everyone thinks so.

Clearly LeBron thinks so too and that's why he's opted to go home rather than in front of your weirdo, middle class, bizarro fashion cult asses.

But we're White Hot!

I'm more interested if they're keeping their new super basic shitty uniforms or going back to the old.

They should go back to the jerseys they wore when LeBron played for them, they were much better uniforms.

Also, really, if you're a Cleveland fan or not that first home game he plays is going to be an awesome sight.

For anyone who doesn't know: There's a chance Andrew Wiggins won't be a Cav (he's the main piece of the rumored Kevin Love trade)

I'm really interested to see how long Riley stays around.

ESPN is like, "LeBron and Manziel? Brb...setting up an ESPN Cleveland site."

I wonder how Miami fans feel about their reactions at the end of game 4 in the Finals. Kind of bummer for that to be Lebron's final game there haha.

In the East, they'll be a contender to make it to the Finals. The East just got a WHOOOOLE lot more wide open, and will almost be a crap shoot of who makes it.

Whoever comes out of the East though will get murdered by the West, unless Cleveland and other teams add a few more pieces.
Nope. LeBron even says on the letter that it's going to take longer than 2010. The notion that the roster was ready to contend, with or without Love is a not ludicrous. No team with that many young players has won a championship. Heat fans know LeBron is amazing, but he's not god. PEACE.
