This has been going on for a couple of months now and last I heard next time due for restock is August.
My pet theory I've just pulled from my ass, is Sony diverted production capacity from Vita to Ps4 instead and only producing enough to keep Japan stocked.
I get a Region 1 game and play it on my Region 2 (main) account. Now in order to buy that game's DLC, it should be from Region 1 store.
My point being that can I make a separate Region 1 account on the PS4 and buy the DLC on from that account and continue to play the DLC on my main (Reg2) account?

Aye, Brazil. Usually, when there's a sale on the US PSN, there's one on the BR one too (actually, I don't remember sales exclusive to one of those stores on the past year).
Maybe someone could check the US Playstation facebook page and see if there's a sale banner there too. Can't check it right now because I'm "filtered" to the BR one by default on mobile.
Ah awesome, me and Tsunamo were wondering about this on the previous page in relation to buying Destiny DLC from the US PSN and playing it on a UK account. To back this up also, just bought the Resogun Season Pass on my UK account and Heroes dlc works fine on the US one. Time to preorder Destiny I guess!
I just started Persona 3 Portable, my first time playing a game in the series, and I am really enjoying it so far. I have P4G but I wanted to play this first cuz I figured after 4 I wouldn't want to backtrack. But ANYWAYS, I read online that you get control over the full party? When does that happen? Right now Yukari and Junpei are choosing their own actions.
I'm seeing some import stuff on ebay for about $200, but do I have to worry about anything else then? I've never imported anything before, and these are coming from Japan.

So I'm on the PS4 and I'm trying to pick one of the stock images to use for an avatar (don't have a ps3)
I like this guy who kinda looks like a silver mega man with a blue visor. (He has like a blue plus sign on his chest). Anyone have any idea what he's from? I don't really want to use it until I know what he's from.
First I have seen of this game, but it looks really cool.
On a related note, does anyone have a good list or way to track Kickstarter games for PS4/Vita? I scanned through the Kickstarter site a while back and there were quite a few games targeted for those platforms, but I've yet to see any released to date.
I am really excited by the possibility of another channel for releasing games on consoles/handhelds.
Just started playing Persona 4 for the first time. It's pretty overwhelming so far with all the choices.
Also I managed to get mgs1 on my vita from another person's ps3 since I don't own a ps3 for myself. Now if only we could get Portable ops on our vitas, Kojima pls.

Died on the last phase of the last boss in Trails in the Sky. The health bar looked empty, so for a moment I thought I had one, before it wiped my team :/
OK, just finished Child of Light, really enjoyed it. Wistful, sad, dreamlike and enchanting, it does really well to get the fairytale feeling across. I do have a question about the plot if anyone else has finished it: spoilers, obv.
At the start I am told to recover the sun, the moon and the stars. Im told to search high and low. Now, I recovered the first two in the sun and moon temples, respectively, but then apparently Ive had the stars all along and it goes to the final battle after the sun (underwater) temple. I've also somehow picked up the trophy for getting the stars somewhere near the start.
Was I just not paying attention when I was given them? I distinctly remember Aurora wondering how to reach the stars, and what was the point of being told to look for them if I already had them? Am I being an idiot, it just felt like an abrupt ending! Perhaps New game+ changes things.

When I was a more regular contributor to /r/vita I'd help alongside thealienamongus update a wiki page with a list of past and present crowdfunded Vita games.
You can check it out here. It is still diligently maintained by thealienamongus.

Finished it today as well. Lovely game with a wonderful soundtrack
For your question:
In the same scene with the Lady of the Forest who tells you to search for sun, moon and stars you get the stars right afterwards.
Aurora wonders how she could reach the stars and the lady says she should look above and open her eyes and immediately gets the stars and with them the ability to fly.

I was getting off a train at that point and must have missed it. Yeah, the soundtrack is just perfect, it's a wonderful game, little touches in the animation like when she turns or paddles with her feet when flying are also very cool.
I did feel there were too many party members, though, at least four of them I barely touched. Speaking of which, the firefly in battle was good too. It gave you something to do with the right stick, and being able to choose between slowing the enemy and healing the party was elegantly done. I was always jumping between the two, slowing the enemy just enough for my attacks to land first.
Black Knight 2000, WHO Dunnit, High Speed, and Junk Yard on July 16th. AND the Kickstarter for Adam's Family licensing will be starting soon. Hopefully it can pull it off, because Terminator 2 cut it really close on the last day. At least they're on Steam now, so that is probably a larger fanbase to draw from now.
The quality of the writing (like many franchises) can fluctuate between entries in the series, however unlike many JRPGS (even the greats) there is a lot of weight and consideration put into the writing of these games that rightfully deserves praise. The characters have a depth and personality to them that many games in general wish they had.
Finished Trails in the Sky. Loved it. The cast was great, really liked the music and the ending was pretty great. Would definitely recommend it. Looking forward to SC
Got Infamous Second Son on rental and after a few hours I feel ready to send it back tbh. I really didn't like the first two and thought I'd enjoy this one more, but I guess I don't know what I expected. At least it looks stunning though, got to give Sucker Punch credit for that.

I loved the first two games, but Second Son isn't really clicking with me. Though to be far I'm still pretty early in the game - I haven't even acquired any of the other powers yet. I think my disinterest stems from the combat system though; it's changed from a pseudo third person shooter to hit and run tactics.

TBH that's how it felt for me with the first two as well, I never really felt like a superhero in those games despite the powers. I don't know, I don't go into the Infamous games wanting to dislike them but I usually end up hating them lol. I'll give it a bit longer though and see how things go.
Absolutely cosign the killer rabbit in Dragon's Crown... that and the eye of the beholder, were like omfg. Really all the call backs to great fantasy were awesome imo. Plenty of Sinbad claymation greatness in there.
i'll check it out when I start the game up in a little while. I always take whatever game I'm playing out (CoL) to install the new one, and then it goes back in the cases, and throws me off my game plan.
The humour in the game stops being fun pretty fast and the dungeons aren't good. The characters and story are just piss poor. For the record, I enjoyed the demo. Bought it to scratch my persona itch, and I regret it. Wish I had bought Mind Zero instead
