Honestly I would think the Titan would have it....
Would be cool if the Titan would have something similar aka a giant hammer.
I think it just to balance out the Hunter's long range attack with an up close and personal one.

No, digital pre-order get the beta directly on their PS4/PS3.
In the particular case of PS4 (and PS3 ?) with EU PSN account, you'll have access to the beta preload.
Titans don't have any space magic, or i'm missing something.
Not that they need it anyway.
EDIT: One/360 users cannot pre-order it on their store. Sorry for the confusion.

Funny enough assuming that you can only do one subclass in the final game, my Warlock will be next to useless in PvP. Because his subclass and everything is being based around the buffing PvE guy. I'll probably make a titan who is specifically for PvP

Oh well. I'll be a great addition to PvE stuff. But a medic in PvP would only be good in games with limited lives and/or close quarters.

They've said that you can switch however often you'd like as long as you don't lock your choice in. Once you lock it in, it's permanent and you get a boost to your stats as the trade off. I really doubt they'll offer respecs given that you'd have to choose to lock your selections in the first place.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, does loot drop from enemies?
I find that hard to believe to be honest, considering some subclasses are better suited for PVE than PVP and vice versa. Would be annoying as fuck to be limited in choice for the various activities in the game.
Bungie would be foolish to not let people respec.

In the E3 trailer from last year it did. And I'm 99% sure it did in the Alpha.
But a very tiny part of me thinks that, perhaps, I might have just imagined the entire ordeal.

Bungie also said that when you lock in your choice for a focus, you unlock a copy of it that levels up faster.
Enemies did indeed drop loot in the Alpha. Wasn't very often but it did happen.
Although bosses never dropped loot for me, which is pretty weird...

Eh this wouldn't be the first time a game that has deep PvP and PvE basically forces you to have two different playstyles and/or characters. Let's take Dark Souls for example. Very few classes work really well for both PvE and PvP. Melee heavy armor and shield based classes do very well in PvE but in PvP they might have a hard time. Many folks would either make a new character or completely rebuild their character post-game content to work for PvP.
In this game though there should be more content being added to the co-op aspect so respec'in to do this would be silly. Not to mention that max level should be reached relatively early compared to other games. So making alt characters wouldn't be a weird argument for Bungie to do. And honestly only the support-based Warlock class seems to be at a disadvantage in combat, I'm sure other subclasses for Hunters and Titans should be fine.

Yes, loot can randomly drop from any ennemies. May it be in strikes, free roam, or what have you.

I think the "boss loot" is the loot you get at the end result screen of the strikes.

It would be awesome if, at some point in this franchise's lifetime, Bungie and Activision are able to establish cross-platform play.
Microsoft won't allow it, because they suck.
With all the exclusive content PS owners will get over the years I don't know if it's a great idea anyway.
Sepiks Prime may have loot some items from time to time, i don't really remember...
