Weird, older Japanese games can make for good ERs. Dan has some classic Super Replays (Endurance Runs in everything but name)of those kinds of games with the GI staff, the Illbleed one especially.

I dont mean to sound harsh, but the latest Bombin' is not a fun listen. It seems every topic in the show gets dragged back to the hosts personal struggles against all that is evil on the Internet (apparently there is nothing good there anymore). Then there is persistent laughing a joking as they reminisce about how they were spat on and told to get cancer is it all a bit much. It feels like a subject that needed a much better outlet than a "morning show" on the website.

Looking at their staff page they have one woman and one asian on staff. So they should be covered from any shit storm. They could do with a black guy but I am not sure there are any in Minnesota - but then I am a dumb foreigner whose only experience is Fargo (movie and TV series).

Aaron said something about it a few pages back. IIRC he'll recieve the fridge on Wedensday and send it the next day. Or I might be misremembering since I have a terrible memory.
Greg is being smart and taking the few vacation days he has in the summer.
I think Geoff hated doing them but so long as someone else is willing - and they can handle the production overhead - I doubt he gives a fook. I also believe he took 3 days off last week.

I still think it is weird that that woman (lead on the game), put a $5,000 pricetag on herself to have dinner with someone as part of the game's Kickstarter. Seems a bit irksome to me.
That Bombin' really has put me in a bad mood - so maybe I am complaining about nothing.

I guess it is just a weird Kickstart thing then. I remember thinking it was weird last year when I checked the Kickstarter out.
I was simply referring to the person who posted the tweet. I guess I could have said "that person," but the fact she is female, and was the one that posted the tweet made me post "that woman," as she is in fact female and was the one who post that tweet. It was not meant with any snideness behind it.
PS: OMG I AM GETTING INTO A GENDER DEBATE. I AM GOING TO RUN AWAY NOW. THIS NEVER ENDS WELL

Fair enough. I'll just say that beyond the declarative statements of 'They do x really well or y not so well' the story itself isn't spoilt and only gameplay is explicitly mentioned during the discussion (nor was it that substantial a discussion anyway).
