Now that we've had a poll for the classes I'm really curious about what race people will pick. That's more unpredictable I think.

I first got the impression that Exo's were gonna be the least played race, but then someone mentioned "Terminator" and all I saw was red eyed Exo's. So yeah, I get the feeling that many people are gonna go with Exo because they have a "badass" feel to them.

What do you guys think?

There are a lot of GREAT looking men with beards – you can't generalize and say they're "ugly" – but there are also a lot of GREAT looking men without beards too.

Still disappointed in the race choices...we get Human(that's fine), we get a robot human, and we get another race that's human like in the awoken.

Yet the enemies are so diverse looking. We get zombie things, non-human look alike robots, and 4 armed alien wielding swords and guns. And whatever the Darkness will look like.

It just seems like it's over complicating things. It's the last bastion of Humanity, and we are fighting all these other races, but... these guys like us! I don't know. It's just my opinion, but I don't mind the lack of different species at all. The story gets kinda cheesy otherwise. Turns into this "alliance of good versus evil" as opposed to "last dredges of humanity facing down a universe of evil".

Yeah, these two guys were totally in this thread earlier saying how Trophies/Achievements would carry over. This famicom guy quoted them.

An alliance of humans/former humans? They all still fit in the human category. The EXOs used to be humans, the Awoken used to be Human. If all of a sudden we had the Arachnid Armada from Planet Terrortron, it'd be kinda strange to me. Steals some of the desperation that I'm hoping will be brought out by the story in the Beta.

I know but society tells me that I have to, It's fine though I will get over it in time. AKA when beards go out of fashion which'll probably be in 2 years time.

Confirmation? I have not heard about this at all.

I don't think it's been confirmed but in the IGN first videos one of them had a trophy pop up and in the upper right corner of the gameplay it says "Beta build". So that's where this got started.

We don't know if they were playing on the same beta build that we will play on though.
