I'm torn between being tired of "Xbox fans" whining and being quite amused by the amount of salt and hypocrisy behind this behavior.

Seriously, after what we've done for you on organising & maintaining this huge Clan/Group, you would think that there will be no more conflict in understanding our interest. The main group has over 1200 members. Clans are now restricted to only 75 per a platform so people are now also joining regional clans, which will be integrated into the main DestinyGAF group through the new group/clan alliance system.
 
Just to chime in; I made the current logo and have no problem with anyone using it on their avatar ( I was not told it was supposed to be 'exclusive' when I was contacted ). I don't think anyone should have any exclusive 'right' to using it. I'll just keep putting it on all your avatars while I figure it out with Valentinus on PM. ;-)

While there may have been a miscommunication the message is on point. Just today i have put over 11 hours into DestinyGAF accepting people and handling requests, questions and concerns. Overall just within the last 10 hours the admins have processed more then 450 requests, with an additional 250 requests that are coming from the public that we have to filter out.

Some of these admins i would think have put over 30-50 hours into the group/clan so far and this is before it even hits beta.

So either apply to be an admin and help or please come back with a better response.

Hah, well I'll be playing later today on my PS3 so whatevs. It's nowhere near boycott-worthy pitchfork status, but it's totally fine to whine about it and more, imo - don't think it's hypocritical at all to ask for equal treatment across each platform. Hell, I think it's the biggest bs we can't play together, but that's an even crazier line of thinking I suppose. Maybe when Mercury freezes over and the Traveler comes back to life.

Wait you people aren't joking? Lol users can have whatever logo/avatar they want so long as it's not against the gaf ToS. I'm sure many of us are thankful for you all volunteering to put in many hours into running this stuff, but that doesn't mean you get special privilege and get to tell people what they can or cannot do on here, imo. You're no different or above than anyone else here playing Destiny. If you want to be identified, ask a mod for a tag or something, though I doubt that's likely you'll get what you ask for. *shrugs* just chill, brother

But this would require to be rational and measured. Cool GAFfers need to throwing stones to the first guy who made a little mistake (in this particular case, communication problem).

If they don't do this, how do you expect them to join the CoolGaf side ?

That's all well and good. We all appreciate your efforts but coming in and telling people to remove avatars is not a good way to go about creating goodwill in the community. It comes across as needlessly officious and schoolmarmish. It's a video game clan, not the Oval office.

I would actually love to play with Xbox One Guardians on my PS4. But we're not responsible of this near impossible dream.

Oh - your talking about the avatar thing (i didn't see that far up). No comment on that (i personally don't even know abything about it tbh) - i was referring to the miscommunication in Valentines post and people getting worked up about that.
