i don't care that the rest of this episode was filler, this is fucking boss as shit

Was it at least like...good filler? I mean, was it entertaining? I couldn't watch the east coast stream, so sadly I'm going to have to wait until 8:30 my time. Just curious if the overall episode was at least enjoyable? Seems like a step down from 1-6 based on comments.

Well, I don't mean it was really filler, because obviously it was connected to the rest of this episode. And it was fine really. Just a lot of reiteration on a well-trodden theme of 'lol Tenzin sucks'

It all served a purpose. People have their own definition of filler. The Airbenders training is just as much a part of the season as MetalCity. I'm gonna have to watch the episodes again before I pass judgement. Too much GAF'ing coloring what I think.

It's good in my opinion.

Yes, it was entertaining.

Ignore Satch.

I don't really viewed the episode as filler.

We got a lot of good moments with the characters. This is something that LoK has been missing a lot of.

I felt like it was more about the air benders actually accepting their new lives. Tenzin and the new ones.

It was good, and now a bunch of awesome good air benders wont come out of nowhere when they're needed in a fight.

If they didn't have this episode, they'd show up all pro on gliders and we'd be like "lol whered they come from, when did they get good?"

Felt like this was just a solid episode that helped build on Tenzin and his family. This is really the kind of 'filler' that I've been asking for in Korra, stuff like in ATLA where it just took time to develop characters and wasn't rushing from plot point to plot point like in Book 1 and 2 of LoK.

Overall, I'm satisfied with how Book 3 has traded relationship drama with family drama. I felt like it's worked well.

Pretty good episodes
nice to see the reason behind the conflict between the Beifong sisters
Lin was completely in the right so its no wonder she held such a grudge
Airbender episode was perfectly fine still some great moment from a few of the characters and the fights at the end were great

Wow the character building/interactions in this season.

ARE VERY GOOD.

I'm impressed and I might go into detail later.

I'm just sad the season is only 12 episodes. Still no motive for the bad guys?
