Dixie as a Diddy clone is basically impossible. She doesn't have a tail for Diddy's tail attacks, and her characteristic hair spin would be completely missing from the character. If she makes in, it'd have to be as an unique character.

They could totally clone all the data. They'd just have to replace the animations... though they'd have to do a lot of replacing. Anything w/ a tail, probably just replace the entire jetpack move w/ something else involving the hair spin, and come up with a new idea to replace the peanut guns.

I'm not sure what Heath has planned but I was thinking 3DS OT made for the Japanese release, which will carry over to the Western release as well since they are not too far apart (less than a month).

Then a separate Wii U OT whenever that comes out.

After the Wii U OT is moved to community section, make a new, combined 3DS/Wii U OT that will serve everyone from that point on.

I think we're getting general Direct next month (because Bayo 2 and Captain Toad need release dates) and maybe a Smash Direct this month or next. September would be a bad time to put out one last newcomer vid, since the game's full roster and stage list may start leaking as early the first day of the month.

Honestly, I'd rather have a combined OT with the North American/European Launch of the 3DS version. There's almost certainly going to be A LOT of crossover between the two versions and I honestly don't think there will be enough differences to justify completely seperate OTs for the both of them. Also we make an import impressions thread whenever a game launches in Japan first since most probably won't import the game due to region locking and/or not being able to read Japanese, so it seems like it'd be a little weird if Smash gets special treatment on that front. Still, it's your call, Heath.

Yeah, I will but I'm talking about fanbases. I'm concerned about 3DS mostly because some people said that they would move to Wii U for good once it got released. At least I know Super Sah is going to help me to keep it alive. Hopefully few people would too
