I would use spoilers for Xenoblade until the end of time; it's a game a lot of people are LTTP to and will probably be for years (much like 999, etc.).
The game's plot is pretty easy to follow if you're playing it, unlike say, Xenogears. But considering it's a 60-80 hour game I can see a summary being way too dense to follow, especially without visual cues for characters, settings, etc.

Right. I just want to know Palutena's vanilla moveset. I still hope that we would get E3 characters review this week so we would know more about Pac Man, Palutena and Mii.
I will looking for it tonight when I have more free time. Right now, I have to unpacking some stuffs. Well, they didn't specifically said characters but I just assumed that we are getting announced characters reviews to hype up readers for Smash 3DS in 8 weeks.
Like:
This Week: Palutena, Mii Fighter and Pac Man
Next Week: Mario, Link, Pikachu and Kirby

What about the NES Open Tournament Golf costume for Mario and the Light Suit costume for Samus? Also, Wario is almost sure to return, and he'll have his classic costume with him.
This is something that I've wanted for a long time, but I'm not getting my hopes up. I mean those two perfectly represent Xenoblade.

I prefer the Speed III armor over Speed V just from the color alone. I love the black, gold, and white combination.
Melia is my absolute favorite character in Xenoblade. I'd like her as an AT though. Maybe she goes toward the greatest cluster of characters and casts Burst End which inflicts increased knockback status effect for all moves for a certain time(maybe in a huge circle around her), then casts Mind Break for huge damage and knockback in a cone shape to the left or right of her.
Xenoblade is one of my favorite games of all time but I'll be honest here, I don't care if we get a character or not for Smash. I love them all but don't really need one for Smash to be complete. The only reason I'd want one in is an AWESOME BIONIS LEVEL and THAT MUSIC.

Same here. I doubt I'd use Shulk much (though I still want him in to fight against), but I'd play the FUCK out of a Xenoblade stage.

I had that issue where I really loved the Bramble Blast remix, but it was relegated to that god-awful DK stage. I made a custom stage specifically to be able to play with it.

This is exactly why a Xenoblade character is needed.
Riki, Sharla, 7th, Dunban, Melia, Shulk, Reyn, don't matter none. DLC? As long as I get an awesome Bionis Level and that music, don't matter none, I'll open the wallet.
(I'd also buy an amibo of any of them)

I look at it this way, the character is a bonus and they could be Sonic bad for all I care, though I'd be a bit bummed if they were that bad. What I want is a Bionis Stage and that rad music.

Hey guys, as Heath mentioned earlier, I'll be in charge of the NeoGAF Friend Code / NNID lists for the 3DS and Wii U versions of the game. With the 3DS version approaching, now is as good a time as any to start making the list!
Now, even though this is going to take way longer on my part, I'm just going to keep the document private and add everyone's info myself (hence, the early start time). The reasoning for this is to avoid vandalism from outside sources and to keep the document organized. I was in charge of the friend's list for the Mario Kart 8 OT and, with hundreds of people adding their info at once, it got kind of crazy and, of course, someone eventually tampered with the document. With all that in mind, you guys can just PM your info and I'll add it to the document myself. I'll order everyone alphabetically by your NeoGAF username, so there's no disadvantage to sending me your stuff later.
Before you send me you info though, consider this. If you don't think you're going to be playing all that much or only with a few of the people you're friendlier with in this thread, I wouldn't request to put your info on here. We're going to have hundreds of people on here as it is and, with unfortunate limiting of how many friends you can have on both 3DS and Wii U, we really only want people who think they're going to be online somewhat often and are going to play with a lot of people in this thread. If there's only 3-4 people you want to play with in this thread, I'd just PM them and get their info separately.
So, here's the link for the Google Doc. I'm sure Heath will add it to the OP in the next thread, as we're approaching that pretty quickly. I already put my info in so you can see an example. If you want to be on the list, just PM me the following info:

User Nickname (this is whatever your Mii's name is that is attached to the account)
Time Zone
Play Style (just a short sentence on how you generally play Smash. 1v1, FFA, No Items, etc.)
If you want to leave out the time zone for privacy reason, that's totally fine. You can also leave out the User Nickname, but it gets really confusing to remember who's who as games tend to only show the nickname in game, so it's really helpful if you share that as well. I'll repost this every few pages to make sure every sees. Also, I know this is obvious, but there's going to be a lot of you sending your info in, so don't worry if you're not put on the list immediately. I'll try and do as many as I can each day, but I do have a real life to worry about as well.
