[EDIT: Note, the site seems to be getting Thor hammered]
[ALSO: there's a promo code at the link (SDCC14) that has to be entered to get the discount... A couple people missed that detail and paid the full $10]

...I believe it's until Sunday, in celebration of Comicon. They usually do it a couple times a year. The regular price is $10 per month , which is what it goes to after the first month if you don't cancel. (EDIT: or it's $70 for a year.)
Basically, it's the Nexflix/Spotify of Marvel Comics. You can read digital versions of Marvel's entire archive, all the way back to Timely Comics form the 40's. Well, when I say "entire", it's still not 100% complete, but I bet it's close to 90%. All the major runs and events/crossovers etc are filled in at this point, for sure. Now and then you'll find a stretch of something they don't have done yet, but every week, there tends to be some new huge run that they just added. For example, a couple weeks ago, it was a giant stretch of early 90's Peter David Hulk that had been missing.
Also, every Wednesday (new comics day IRL for many many years), whatever Marvel comics came out on the Wednesday six month earlier get added as well. That's their policy, so hardcore fans don't just pay $10 a month and never buy a comic from them again. But for me it's perfect, because I subscribed late last year and have been working my way through all the major storylines or well regarded runs up to the present day from the late 90's, when I stopped reading comics.
The service works best on a tablet, and iOs tends to be a bit better than Android as I understand it. But the browser reader isn't bad either, and the phone version works okay if you don't mind reading in the guided, one panel at a time view. They've had a lot of complaints about the quality of their reader software since they first introduced Marvel Unlimited a few years ago, but while it still certainly has room for improvement, it has gotten a lot better. The browser reader works just fine for me if I go full screen.
Anyway, thought I'd post it in case anyone was waiting for the promo to come back again. I've enjoyed it quite a bit, and while it's still not perfect, I think it's worth $10 a month. And it's definitely worth .99 for a month.
Oh, and just to beat anyone else to the punch, yes this list is awesome, and it's all on there:
...read THAT while you wait for GotG!
