I envy you US folks being able to pre-load games i'm interested in, most of them don't even have storepages yet on the PAL stores.

At least they're working on it pretty hard, they mean business by making this their first worldwide release.

Yeah i'm impressed they were able to get the games dates so close together especially after making mention of how different regional policy's on SCEs certs (especially SCEE) and many other small developers not accounting for a PAL release until after Japanese and US ones.

Dragon's Crown was PS+ freebie 2 months ago (6/2014) in EU. So there is a chance that it will be on sale soon.

So for those who were interested, if you have something preloaded on your PS4, and for whatever reason are somewhere with no internet connection by the time it's actually released, it still unlocks, no online check in needed.

Okay, so either my Vita is broke or my charger is. Ugh. This is so frustrating. As I said a couple of hours ago, it's not turning on. The PS button is not orange (or any color) despite me visually inspecting that the charging cable is secure at every end. I've been charging it for two hours now and nothing is happening.

I'm really mad. I will use my fiancee's Vita charger tomorrow and see if that's the problem. I'm HOPING that's the problem.

I've actually had a problem where my Vita was plugged in and using content manager through USB to my laptop but the bus wasn't powering it.

It then wouldn't charge from a wall socket until I opened and closed content manager again.
