So new character today?

The Rock joins the summerfest! The famous part-time wrestler, part-time actor, part-time bodybuilder joins the Smash roster and he doesnt come by himself.

John Cena want to adjust your attitude! The greatest of all time replaces Snake and introduces us to his 5 moves of doom!

For me it's the combination of so many yet to be confirmed veterans along with presumably a couple more newcomers with the release date being so close and the Robin trailer being a couple weeks old and this being the last update for the week. Nothing more than an educated guess.

Anyway, that's a third of the cast left unrevealed. We've had 38 characters revealed That's out of 57 if Brawl's pattern persists, but it probably won't.

I say we get 0-2 Melee veterans, 5-8 Brawl veterans, and 2-10 Newcomers

To those who bought Japanese 3DS's - I take it you'll be digitally downloading? Are there any hoops you have to jump through to do that? Issues with foreign credit cards, or a foreign billing address?

...not that I'm considering doing it too...

I think sometimes it has issues with US credit cards, from what I read.

I fairly certain the eShop accepts Credit card from all over. IIRC

I will be downloading, yeah

No problems whatsoever using my Visa debit card to make purchases. JP eShop takes everything thankfully, unlike the US store
 
Some entrepeneuring fans out there should make an open-source Smash Bros. for the express purpose of throwing in all sorts of insane characters.

Eh, for us US Gaffers, we only have to wait 3 weeks compared to JPN till the 3ds version is in our hands so I can wait personally.

Besides, once 12 am hits on Oct. 3rd, you can download it immediately off the eshop so you won't even need to leave your house if you go digital like I am. lol
