Though weird that the main HP isnt updated...

Is there any romance or subtle hints of attraction between NPCs/Androids and the MC in the story?
Given how the promo focused a lot of that waifu-android vibe and NPC heroines like Beatrice and hooded lady - just wondering if there's anything romantic lovey-dovey going on.

I have one final clarification question... is there 0 romance, like zilch, nothing, nope, between MC and any NPCs? Like not even hints? If there is none then I'll be skipping this game for sure.

Its coming to the US yes, though am unsure of the release date. Have not checked on the US date truthfully.

Amazon speculated Dec 2014, and release date is mid January 2015. Just curious if it has English translation.

The JP version does not have English subtitles if thats what you are asking. Usually JP games in general do not.
US version will have english subs + japanese dubs. Maybe EU will get subs in other languages too, but the dubs will be jap only too.
Amazon's release date is a placeholder, game is confirmed to launch sometime in 2014.

Amiami has some of the stuff on there. For the rest, they might add them later, or they could show up on Mandarake eventually.

One of the most USEFUL ones is being able to cut allies out from the spider webs. Jesus what were they thinking not having that in the first place. Let alone being able to jam buttons to get out faster like MH had with dizzy and other effects.
Other stuff is AI friendly / hostile adjustments.

Some other minor changes include new story cutscene. New tutorials. New rights to unlock when you hit 0 years. Camera options.
It sucks that even though they added the option to hold circle in addition to mashing, mashing still gives the biggest bonus to drag down, etc.
And not sure if it's a bug because they supposedly added a new story cutscene video, but I can not longer replay most of the cutscenes that I have already gotten.

- Added new rights to unlock for those who have reduced their sentence to 0 years

- Added new accessories that require insane amounts of points to unlock (100k and up)

Im pretty sure we had at least 1 person hit zero.
Regarding attacking other PTs, I see a count of 5/5 in the start menu. It seems you can attack other PTs for a max number of 5 times in a set period. After that, you will have to wait until the next refresh period. Looks likely to be a daily thing.
To do this mission, talk to Natalia in the lobby area. You can choose which PT to attack. Pressing circle while standing in the blue circle will bring up the volunteer info screen. If you attack a PT that is in an allaince with another PT, the damage will be dealt to the PT that has the highest GDPP in the alliance.

Yeah man. Hope it comes out online on amazon or somewhere after comiket.
The only things that are exclusive to comiket seem to be the tote bag and the propa-kun figure strap so it'll definitely show up elsewhere.
