Schürrle won't leave unless it is big money. He really likes the club and always talks about how he has liked Chelsea ever since we had Ballack was here and has watched every match since. You are correct that the fact he is English facilitated the move -- if he was taking a valuable foreign player slot, then there's obviously no way the team would have loaned him. As far as just having another body in the CM position is concerned, If the team wants, they could keep Zuculini rather than loan him since he's considered U-21 player and wouldn't need to be registered. There is no quota in reality, just a moratorium on having too many foreign players -- you can just leave the roster slots empty if you want.
He'll play, but he's coming solely because Melbourne City can't loan him and the club wants him to be ready to play when January roles around.
But look what Gaal is getting out of Young? We could get an easy 4-5 penos next year with the improvement on Webb

The potential in the squad is there and some signings sound great. I mean how can someone called Zan Benedicic not be good
But then there is Nicky Ajose and....David Hockaday. With a decent manager that Leeds squad is pretty damn good.

They are announcing something to do with the Premier League at 3.30pm so my guess is every stadium will be in the game at least for next gen where they don't have to worry about the size!

So many unknown quantities, that's the real problem. Sorensen could be excellent, could be terrible, could be anywhere in between. Ditto the likes of Benedicic.
Plus, we've lost McCormack and he essentially kept us up last year.
