That price is bullshit, this always happens when there's third party ownership of a player. We have to wait for River and Villareal to sort out their end, a bit like what's going on with Mangala and City. From what I understand Villareal accepted our bid and the player is ready to join, but they want to negotiate a lower fee to River Plate.
