So weird I don't remember this scene at all. While it's very memorable looking at it now.

@DanishFooty
Chaos looms in the Danish Superliga as the conflict between the Player Asso. and Divisionsforeningen still haven't reached an agreement.
Means the players could go on strike starting from the end of the next round in the Danish Superliga. Both parties will meet on Monday.

We're going to be the easiest team ever, in the CL qualifiers, when we field a team of amateurs. :(

So Celtic got their ass whooped so badly and now they can do it again in the next round, that's terrible for them. I feel for Celtic.

EDIT

Ugh, looking at these teams none of those will beat Celtic. Wooden pls

I wonder would we get disqualified if he never came on a pitch and just spend the game on the bench ?

87 minute sub, fucking hell.

That's the final proof. There is a god. I'm going to go to church starting this Sunday.

Feel really bad for you phaze. We deserved nothing. Don't want to make it worse, but if only you had scored one of those penalties it wouldn't even had mattered. :/

P.S. FUCK WOODEN :P

I look forward to watching Celtic get destroyed.

Hard to believe they beat Barcelona a couple of seasons ago.

Good to see UEFA keeping up with the tradition of corruption like FIFA likes to do. Can't fall behind big brother.

If it was a bigger Western European team in Legia's position, or if it were a small irrelevant club instead of Celtic, this wouldn't have happened.

Yeah, the juggernaut that is Glasgow Celtic bulldozed the rule book here with our sub £20m income.

It's fairly clear that if Legia didn't bring on an ineligible defender, capped at international level, that Celtic would've scored 6 in injury time. Only seems fair.

The rules of the game are clearly laid out. I don't know what the fuss is about?

You can't field an ineligible player, you can't play with 12 men on the pitch, you can't put a brick wall in front of the goal.

It's nothing to do with the leg result, that just happens to be a side effect. Each match is independent in everything apart from the combined score over the leg, all that's happened here is that a 3-0 result which is the sanction in the CL rule book for playing a suspended player happens to be a result which gets Celtic through. There has to be some punishment for playing a suspended player, that's always been an overturning of the match in which he plays with a 3-0 result to the opposition.

The fuss is because, were it Celtic that won using an ineligible player, UEFA wouldn't have done shit.

And before someone asks, "how do you know that?". I just do. My m8 works for UEFA.

Today is the day.
Tonight is the night
The Dutch Eredivisie starts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111111111111111111one

As a Rangers fan I think it is the correct decision for Celtic to go through. Legia should not have broken the rules.

lol Didn't even think of that.

Thankfully I didn't even get my hopes up for getting through last round. We have no one to blame but our own incompetence really.

The fuss is about it clearly being a paper work fuck up. The sub who was subbed in, in the 86th minute had a 3 match ban from a match in October last year. But the club apparently forgot to register him in the two matches against Saint Pats, where he was supposed to get rid of two of the suspension days. Then the third one in the first match against Celtic. Then he could return to the away match, where he played 4 minutes. It's not as if they just disregarded the rules completely, was a paper work fuck up where he somehow wasn't registered for the two first qual matches while suspended.

But well, I'm not too worked up about it either. It's just a bit silly... and i dont like to see all my cousins and uncle happy. They deserve misery.

That's all still the clubs fault. They can't have any complaints IMO.

Laughing. It's terrible, true, possibly would not have happened if it were different teams, true, but if are employeed within the club and you get paid for knowing rules then know the goddamn rules.

Hilarious that that's the second time that happened with Celtic though.

Sean plz.
