The Dillinger Escape Plan live are fucking amazing. I remember one show in Madrid some years ago (Ire Works tour i think) where Pucciatto almost kicked me in the face after he climbed to the fucking ceiling using a beam...

Haha I saw them first time during that ire works tour, the last day of the tour at Roskilde Festival, didn't know too much about them but went to see them. Was blown away. I remember this one person getting knocked the fuck out, with two knee's and a guitar to the face during the opening track (there was quite a gap between the scene and the audience... but Ben managed to make the jump... barely), and then I just knew I had to stay there. The music seemed like mostly chaos, with a lot of skills required no doubt, but as I had not really heard any of it before it was just mostly chaos, but the pure energy in it was just fantastic.

It made me into an instant fanboy, seens them 9 times now I think it must be. Last time I saw them this asshole had been a real dick during the support band, at one time he actually took the microphone stand and the microphone during their show... and everyone were just really annoyed by him, including TDEP who were in the crowd. When it was TDEP time to play, the first thing that happened was Ben almost strangling the guy who had been acting like a dick, with the necklace the asshole was wearing, trying to pull him up on the stage with it, until it eventually broke and he threw it away into the rest of the crowd. Was such a good moment, and he looked so offended.

There's just a certain group of people who listen to what Pitchfork tells them is good. That's not saying much about a whole group of people who like alternative music. But why should metalheads turn against a band in their own genre when an indie blog writes something positive about it. Not that I really mind, but it's what I noticed amongst metalheads at this music forum I frequent.

Many are just fickle-minded, guess it comes naturally with the crowd of certain bands, the ones where everyone in it and listening to it, looks like LOTR extras.

please understand. are you ready for the start of the season milch? I can't fucking wait! #fuckPep

I'm ready but I'm not really sad that the Bundesliga doesn't start until the 23rd. Our CB situation can do well with another two weeks. Same for Reus and Sahin/Gündogan.

same mentality five!

If we go into September with an injured Sturridge and Lambert as second choice, the season is over before it's begun

i don't think i've ever met anyone who actually reads pitchfork. it's such a weird, out of touch word to bandy around. deafheaven have some nice jams but are also pretty much tumblrbait.

leeds is a story too insane and depressing to not have some kind of happy ending.

Maruoka scored his first goal for our second team in an impressive 5-1 win in front of 9999 fans (sold out).

Sign him up, we have our new Shinji.

In other news, Hummels came back from his holidays with muscular problems and can't train before Wednesday :lol :lol :lol
He's actually finalizing his United move

I think I read somewhere that Stephen Warnock makes £25k a week from Leeds. Few makes more than £10k there but they gave Warnock that.

Klopp has been signing players that remind him of Shinji.

Ji because of his name. Maruoka because he's japanese, looks like Shinji, and came from Cerezo Osaka.

It's ok Klopp. Let it out.

Alberto Moreno will complete his protracted move to Anfield next week, but only after appearing in Cardiff on Tuesday.

The Spain star, 22, is set to play one last game for Sevilla, as they take on Real Madrid in the UEFA Super Cup in the Welsh capital.

Liverpool will pay around £14million for the exciting left-back, and Reds midfielder Suso could be going the other way as part of the deal.

Europa League holders Sevilla want Moreno to say his goodbyes to their fans in the showpiece game.

We are so good at keeping the ball now. Still struggle to create much though :/

Danny Graham about to come on.

I want to cry.

Some Udinese pipsqueak just got up to kick off then squared up to Brown and N'Diaye and shit himself

Now they're picking on our little lads. Fucking tossers.

How fat did Owen Coyle get? Holy fuck. (He's on Football Focus btw, i'm not stalking him)

2-2

FACK

Edit: wait not. Cleared off the line

Holy shit Pickford is sounding genuinely terrible

At first I was happy with the price

Then I saw the Suso part

Fuck that. He's shown in preseason that he should either be given a chance, or loaned out again imo

It sucks but I don't think Suso would have been given a real chance in Liverpool jersey even if he stayed.
