AWESOME

And yes, we have gone past the brink... but did the Founding Fathers not do the same?

We pave a new path... for Smashocracy

Neiteio & Toxi is the last remaining newcomer, OP and top-tier as hell, so much so we'll be banned to ubers in Pokémon even though we're in Smash

also I want to add that Toxi can fire his chainsaw hands like rockets and Neiteio is liquid but hard as steel and light but also shadow

I've been playing Earthbound for the first time and now I never realized how much I want Ness back in Smash now.
Also where's Mother 3 Nintendo!

Okay, Okay! I'm gad that we are having fun here but let stick with Smash topic before we got beheaded. :P

I'm very glad that no one made fan art of me because no one will get me right.

Well, thinking about smash, there's something bothering me...

Where's Kirby keeping his Tome for casting thunder spells? He doesn't appear to be holding one :o

I'm so glad the whole broadcast/release date rumor got cleared up. I found absolutely nothing about either topic on Corocoro's website, lol.

So, who's gonna be next on the chopping block for Disconfirmation Monday?
I'm gonna guess Ridley, because I really want the mystery to end. Just show him as the Pyrosphere boss already, Sakurai!

And then the Pyrosphere boss turns out to be Crocomire and Ridley's somehow an assist trophy.

Funny enough, I finally starting playing Mother 3 for the first time! But I don't care so much about Lucas as the rest of the cast showing up... some Pigmasks in Smash Run, a Flint Assist Trophy, a Mt. Oriander stage with a Mecha-Drago boss...

I'm only on Chapter 2 if you can't tell.

It's a stage god damn it! Take off the damn tin-foil hats, POTDs are never as cryptic as you all make them out to be. It's a stage based on the original Game Boy. It will have walk-offs on the edge of the Game Boy screen, just like Flat Zone. It will likely change to resemble different Game Boy games. One of them will probably be Kirby's Dream Land, another will probably be Super Mario Land. Who knows, it might resemble Tetris at one point too.

I don't understand how that's not obvious :/

Hmm sakurai didn't say it's a stage! Must be a new item!

Slippy's Final Smash

I'd rather just know and be done with it.
Isaac is like the poster child for that nebulous lost-in-limbo space between "iconic current character "and "long-lost novelty retro character." He's not quite in one camp or the other.

As such, I wouldn't expect him to be playable... even if his Psynergy powers would be cool.

I don't expect him. I'd love to have him, probably the only other newcomer that I personally would flip out over, but I know it's not meant to be.

Both my reaction to the picture and who it reminds me of.

actually my reaction was laughter
IntelliHeath and Smash-GAF reminds me of Dr. Frankenstein and his Monster.

Basically, Dr. Heathenstein stitched together Smash-GAF from bits and pieces of dead hopes and dreams for Smash, and then jolted them to life with Hype. At first he was pleased that he had created such joy and enthusiasm... but then he recoiled in terror as the creature became -too- self-aware and shambled off into the countryside, searching for K. Rool and Ridley

We must be nearing the final scene of this production where the revelation of no playable Ridley or Rool sends Smash Gaf into a frenzy of chaos and confusion, in the end Dr Heathenstein has to call in the mods as only they can put an end to the monstrosity he created, with a tear in his eye he watches Smash Gaf locked into place with a giant chain and then crushed under the mighty weight of the banhammer.
It's all over...

Years later rumblings of a future Smash Bros game start spreading, in the abandoned depths of Gaf city, a hand emerges from the untouched rubble, "roooooooooool!"

Hahaha, or they could make it like the end of the classic novel where Smash-GAF is cast out to sea on an iceberg, only in the sequel the iceberg comes back, and Smash-GAF loudly intones, "We learned how to paddle!"

Because fans love it when you take cherished villains and turn them into mindless beasts.

"Mindless beast" is giving it too much credit.

This is like a rabid dog defecating all over the floor while ripping apart your furniture.

It isn't feral. Feral implies innocence and desperation. This is just disgusting.
