Super Smash Bros. for 3DS & Wii U Thread 12: Gwah, hah. Welcome to the Bowser's game.

Hahaha, or they could make it like the end of the classic novel where Smash-GAF is cast out to sea on an iceberg, only in the sequel the iceberg comes back, and Smash-GAF loudly intones, "We learned how to paddle!"

Community side is basically "out to sea". These OT's are essentially our iceberg.

It's only a matter of time.

whaaa those are huge. Going forward I think i'm only going to buy the rarer, non-mario, non DK stuff. Zelda, Pikmin, and any other nintendo franchise that gets 0 toys in the US.

We have truely seen better days. Atlease the lurkers are forever scarred i suppose lol.

The lurkers have been scarred for a loooooooooooong time, I suppose.

Truly better days have been seen. NIntendo needs to drop a bomb in the bowl to stir up something interesting again.

It all works out so perfectly.

What's with the drunk Yoshi music at the start?
Yoshis celebrate each completed stage of Yoshi's Story getting drunk off Super Happy Tree fruit Cider.
Yeah the Yoshis grew happier all right, maybe merrier is more fitting.

That dream sounds way too reasonable.

That's no dream, that's a nightmare, I reject your visions of the future, I need to find my Monado.
I will take a Professor Layton trophy however.

IntelliHeath and Smash-GAF reminds me of Dr. Frankenstein and his Monster.

Basically, Dr. Heathenstein stitched together Smash-GAF from bits and pieces of dead hopes and dreams for Smash, and then jolted them to life with Hype. At first he was pleased that he had created such joy and enthusiasm... but then he recoiled in terror as the creature became -too- self-aware and shambled off into the countryside, searching for K. Rool and Ridley

We must be nearing the final scene of this production where the revelation of no playable Ridley or Rool sends Smash Gaf into a frenzy of chaos and confusion, in the end Dr Heathenstein has to call in the mods as only they can put an end to the monstrosity he created, with a tear in his eye he watches Smash Gaf locked into place with a giant chain and then crushed under the mighty weight of the banhammer.
It's all over...

Years later rumblings of a future Smash Bros game start spreading, in the abandoned depths of Gaf city, a hand emerges from the untouched rubble, "roooooooooool!"

Hahaha, or they could make it like the end of the classic novel where Smash-GAF is cast out to sea on an iceberg, only in the sequel the iceberg comes back, and Smash-GAF loudly intones, "We learned how to paddle!"

I don't know what to say.

What an absolutely brutal dream.

Well, thinking about smash, there's something bothering me...

Where's Kirby keeping his Tome for casting thunder spells? He doesn't appear to be holding one :o

Oh, that reminds me. Does this mean Kirby will shout "THUNDER / ELTHUNDER / ARCTHUNDER / THORON!!!" too, as well as the Japanese variant of those?

Honestly, I think the greatest threat to Smash-GAF is simply knowing the full roster. Half of the obsession for many people is not knowing who's in the game, lol.

I don't remember WeekendGAF being this bad when I was just lurking. These past couple weekends especially have been legendary. E3 and the Robin/Lucina reveal must have injected too much hype into us all at once, and it scrambled our brains.

Didn't see this coming. Nerf dins fire plz...

Project M Zelda really is the least fun character in a Smash game to play against, imo. It's not even that I think she's super good-I mean, she is good, but I don't know enough about competitive smash to know if she's broken or not. But she's just not very fun to play against. Everything she does feels like it's a cheap tactic or has too much knockback or just overall feels cheap.
