Actually, you just have to hover your mouse over your tag to reveal your hidden tag.

Everyone has a hidden "dev tag" like this, but they're hidden via alt-codes in most cases. It's worth experimenting with combinations.

I've never had a tag since 2004. And I've never thought about it either. I guess the authorities have to notice you and feel like giving you one for either a good or a bad or no reason.

The easiest way is probably to pm Bish about getting one. Remember though: he's a busy man so you might want to follow up about it if he doesn't answer you at first.

If that doesn't work you could just pm the other mods and admins!

As a rule of thumb, do something really great/stupid or participate in the rare tag fishing thread, but with regard to the latter, getting something for nothing defeats the purpose of having a tag, I feel -- they should be worn with pride... or shame, depending on circumstances that lead to it.
