His story is exceedingly simple: he walked in on his an ex-girlfriend with another guy (apparently not doing anything, but even if they were fucking right there, who cares? they were broken up), immediately saw red, and -- because he has severe rage issues and seems to exhibit sociopathic thoughts/tendencies -- immediately attacked and beat her half to death. And now he's trying to blame it as something completely out of control, and just some freak impulse that came out of him or something.
He's made no secret of his explosive anger before. He has a history of abusing this woman and has even discussed killing her. There's nothing exonerating about his side of the story.

Well we know they had been seen together very recently. Christy said they hadn't been together since May but there are pics on the bros Twitter account showing the couple together 2 weeks ago (based on the 2w logo). He also posted screenshots showing some friends of Christys all excited for her. So in regards to them being together still.. well that's up for debate I believe.
The judge part is prolly true and warmachine knows he's fucked. and what I mean by true is that he will get same judge and less leniency since this is prolly strike 3. Good riddance.
