Yes. Hydreigon is right behind Meta Knight. I guess this deconfirms the "leak" that claimed Hydregion would be a boss in Smash Run.

Kinda late, but I just checked the site.

Metaknight! Looks good. It's nice they got rid of his glide and "nerfed" shuttle loop a bit, but I'm hoping they also greatly reduce the priority on his cyclone move. That way his strategies won't just be BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB all day.

First off, will a European 3DS work with NA games?

I'm afraid there's region lock, but for Sm4sh, since it's installed, it will work. You'll just need to keep your old 3DS for all the other games.
I'm pretty sure this will come to NA anyway, eventually.

A European 3DS will not work with NA games - the 3DS is all region locked and stuff. I'd recommend you wait for the time being - I would be incredibly surprised if that XL didn't come to other regions.

-get rid of tornado (can't even think of a way to balance it. unless you make it complete shit, which would suck)
-make fsmash slightly weaker
-make downsmash slower

Everything else stays the same. MK was fun to use in Brawl, so if you just nerf him completely across the board (slower up air, slower dair, weaker nair) he'll become boring and shitty.

As far as I know (I could be wrong, of course), NA and EU have been getting the same LE 3DS editions for a while now. Only difference off the top of my head was that the FE Awakening LE was a 3DS XL in EU, whereas it was the OG 3DS in NA.

I'd be very surprised if the Smash LE 3DS doesn't end up available in NA.

I asked Amazon if they were stocking it but they said they weren't sure yet and that I should just keep checking the site. It may be exclusive to Nintendo.

It needs to be much shorter, and maybe with some startup lag, so it can still be useful, but not that spammable
