This is awful. They literally used the first Jigglypuff picture and pose on Google Images.

This Dr. Mario also has a home on Google Images.

They'd be remakes of both images, since they're both different. Jigglypuff is clearly a model in the leak, and the clear picture of the Dr. Mario model is different from that render.

Yup. Nothing so far confirms that Mii Fighters are totally disabled when customization is off. There's a logical connection in that With Anyone = Customizations Off = No Miis Without Customization, but that's about it.

Someone just pointed out that in the top left image the human players have CPU levels. I honestly could've seen past the other inconsistencies but that's just ridiculous, can't think of an excuse for it.

Actually, I think that's the least surprising part. When you're spending so much effort on making the models and stuff look realistic, you tend to overlook little details like that. After all, people only have finite amounts of attention; something is bound to slip under the radar. That's exactly the sort of sloppiness I'd expect.

I'm looking at this and don't see what you're talking about. I see the human hand moving the CPU icon to the CPU opponent they wish to fight, and the CPU having levels.

I think the "CPU levels on user-controlled characters" is actually supposed to be their usernames, like the ESRB0028. Admittedly, the fact that ESRB doesn't actually play the games leads me to believe this is an elaborate ruse, but perhaps the username was expressly chosen to throw people off.
