You didn't even read my post right?

so comparing a minimalist art styled game with a game that attempted to achieve real life graphics in a psx way. And you also are comparing an indie game vs a big game from a big company ... Seems fair. Texture resolution being the same for these two games is hilarious... Haha. If you are playing graphics don't buy indie stuff because a 90% of the games are low budget " bad" graphics games but most of them with excellent gameplay.
You didn't get my point AT ALL.

First of all you obviously know absolutely nothing about me:
1) i play games since 80s, i assure you that i'm used to all kind of graphics and performances, in fact i sometimes find youngsters a little too fussy about them
2) I love indie games
3) I preferred many mediocre games to many acclaimed ones
4) graphics don't matter to me at all
5) I love handhelds(=Vita) so much that i can't play anymore on PS3 and i don't have any intention to buy a PS4 or any other home console(that's how much graphics matter to me)

that said:
1) Counterspy should not be considered a real "indie" since it's published from Sony, i guess it had some support from Sony
2) i think i have all the reason of this world to complain about a sub native games from Sony, especially if it's considered "indie"
3) i have nothing against Counterspy or its style, Counterspy was not the objective of my attack, i was pointing to the performance of Counterspy to point how much Sony don't care about Vita, Sony didn't even care to make a 2.5d game with relatively simple models, textures etc to run perfectly on a console that was able to run Killzone Mercenary, or maybe it was exactly what they wanted...
I wouldn't be surprised if Sony is subtly trying to push the PS4 and killing Vita making indies "better on PS4".
It already happened with Doki Doki universe, i dunno if i have to hope for Helldivers(that i'm waiting).

lol. This post. I'm laughing so hard. Thanks man I needed this, this morning.
I'm happy for you.

I would play the heck of Dark Cloud and Dark Chronicles on a modern platform if I could. I'd use PCSX2 but my laptop has decided to stay at 85 degrees when I only have Microsoft Word opened and it switches off due to overheating when I open a HD video.

My retail copy DC copy is on a shelf gathering dust :(

Your laptop is probably overheating due to dust buildup. Buy a can of compressed air and clean out the vents/fan. If you're feeling cheap, blowing into a straw works fine as well. Just make sure to not get spit in the computer.

Dunno if this was asked but Hotline Miami I can't find it without the price tag. I downloaded it via PS+ so im guessing i should get the PS4 one for free too right? Other games with Cross buy I have been able to get on all platforms.

Personally I don't think it's any better than the DS version. It's just... different. Still a great game, but no extra content or anything.
Oh that's too ba...

I've never played the DS version, but I enjoyed the PSP one. According to the wikia (http://gta.wikia.com/Grand_Theft_Auto:_Chinatown_Wars#PSP_version) there are some new story missions and more radiostations.

WHY YOU LIE TO ME DAVE?! You're supposed to be the champion of sony handhelds and you undersell me the PSP version of something? I'm disappointed in you.

Well anyway I'm getting it. I'm guessing the new content is bleh and forgettable, but screw it I wanna play the game again anyway.

New scans for Dangan Ronpa Another Episode are in the wild. Looks so good. If you're trying to stay spoiler-free for DR2, I'd *highly* recommend avoiding them.

£10 for Crimsonland...come on :( It's fun but seems about £5 fun from what I played from the demo.

Reminds me of this PC share/freeware title ... that I can't remember the name of. Was great fun.

Okay turns out it was the same game, just the old version. Kinda makes buying it seem more okay (since it's not a clone but the original)...still though, hmm I want to but I don't.

Yeah. The Gematsu scan from I think yesterday has spoilers for both DR1 and SDR2. If you haven't played either or even played SDR2 you might as well pretend Another Episode doesn't exist until you've played both DR1 and SDR2.

I have the exact same feeling, enjoyed the demo and then looked up the price. For €6.99 I would have picked it up, but at €12.99 it's a bit expensive. So I'm going to wait for a better deal.

Man, going through my list of PS+ games and it seems the only PS+ game I forgot to download during the free period in almost two years was Sine Mora. Kind of annoying because it looks like a game I would quite want to have on my vita. No idea how I missed it. I know it's only $10 but it just feels bad buying it when I have every right to have it for free, but my own stupidity or laziness prevented it. That and my insurmountable backlog, partly due to PS+. My god I have a lot of games from PS+, this service is absolutely ludicrous from someone who owns all 3 currently "supported" playstation platforms.

I'm weak when it comes to fun vita games. I would have waited if I could stick to principles more! But it's fun :) Welcome addition to the library.

Also Cel Damage is pretty alright from what I played so far. Perhaps it could do with an additional difficulty mode but for the sale price I'm enjoying it.

Some developers are better than others and have more resources available. It's not that difficult to understand.

So Guys vitagaffers anyone bought or know something about Gravity Bashers ( I don't remember the name I dont have the vita with me)? Because I saw the screenshots and the price and it is something calling for me and my curiosity .

Dat Diablo remote play. Feels so good to play on the Vita. I'm a little disappointed that there's not a better control scheme though. You have to map one of your skills to the backtouch. It's serviceable, but I'd rather have seen that mapped to the left trigger and potion to the front screen bottom lef corner or something. It looks like Blizzard just used the default remote play control scheme. Lazy bums.

Gravity Badgers.

According to the developer;

"It's a casual physics based puzzle game where you step into the space suit of a valiant space badger as he ventures into the deadly depths of deep space to save his friends, family and the universe itself from the threat of the deadly Evil Honey Badgers! "

and it's $5.99 US.

Thanks! Anyone bought this?

I've been waiting for Dangitgranpa 2 to come out to purchase the first because I didn't want to have a huge gap between playing them. I should probably pick up the first game Soony.

I'm still expecting/hoping that the dual pack is released at some point.

People said Danganronpa 2 was much better than the original. I didn't think it was possible.
But that first chapter... now I believe.

One of the things I will forever feel eternally sad about is that I will never go through Danganronpa 2 for the first time ever again. Such a great game. I wouldn't be surprised if people considered it one of the best games of the year.

You only finished the first trial and you already think it's better than DR1. But it gets WAY better as it goes on. The final half of the game is fucking fantastic.

Not sure if this applies to the US, but it seems there will be a flash sale this weekend if the leak is to be believed:

Oh it looks like Tales of Graces F is on the flash sale. Time to finally pick it up then.

I just finished the first game this week. I'm going through some pretty heavy withdrawal right now. Two weeks is way too far away.

Like 10-12h into exploring the Hollow Area and leveling up, but there's no way I'm going to finish this game soon.

Decided to start Dangan2 instead, get that completed and reviewed, then go back to finish SAO. Game marathon time!

What a taxing life I lead... lol

Finished up a first playthrough of Counterspy, short, pretty good, value is in replaying and stuff I guess. Lots of forumlas and a few guns to unlock. Once you get the hang of it it seems like most of the stuff I thought was unfair was possible (but sometimes pretty hard). Never being spotted is still a pretty darn tall order though.

Anyone know what all changes on higher difficulties? Only played the first mission on Advanced, I noticed the black guards start on day 1, they were lategame enemies the first playthrough (for good reason...two bullets to kill with headshots!)

For shits and giggles I applied to NISA for press stuff...I guess I'll find out if youtubers are accepted.

A bit OT, but just in case...if any of you niche JP game players has the slightest idea how to play Motto Sonicomi PS3...PM me? I'm sure I'm missing a lot and...nowhere online has crap for info.
