I remember when 3am EST was the standard time for for the PotD. Then Sakurai started posting them a little earlier, and in everyone's mind 2-2:30 became the standard time. Then, last week, Sakurai started posting the pic in the 1 o'clock hour, and now anything past 2 is considered late.
