I dont think that they can stop DDOS attacks completely, so if someone gets hit by a DDOS attack, comments like that (the Twitter message you mentioned) might always exist.

I think out of the 10 million that have bought a PS4 most are happy with the online service.

Ditto, I have actually been very satisfied with online compared to how the ps3 was. Only bad time was when destiny beta went up....and if I remember bungie couldn't handle be stress either. This shit can happen to any server, doesn't matter who you are.

I have a quick question. This happened last night, when I turned on my PS4, I got stuck at a blue screen. It wouldn't advance beyond that point so I put it in standby and tried it again. It booted up this time but everything was very slow and laggy. I ended up turning off the console for a bit and tried again later and it worked fine. It was weird timing. I was having that problem when Charter was right in the middle of their outage yesterday, and the problem resolved itself shortly after our internet came back.

Today, I got the same blue screen but the console booted up after I let it sit for a minute. But with PSN down today, I'm wondering if these problems are connected? Or is this a hardware problem on my end?

I hope it's not a sign of my PS4 getting ready to shit the bed.

I was getting that screen when I started console, not when I went to store. Only fix was to disconnect console from the router.
