Well, I love to main random buttons when I play with people for fun. I really enjoy to learning how to play with all characters as possible if I can this time with more than 50 characters.
Yeah, I could get sick of characters for awhile but later on, I would play with them again depend on my mood. I'm concerned that it might be harder for me to find a new main (or maybe keeping my mains)

Also, in case anyone wanted a little fun fact, the Miis in Sakurai's picture are the same Miis in the leak. Which either means he's referencing it, or they have a set few Miis to use in promotional materials.

That sounds like something Sakurai will add tbf...I would love to constantly spam the cheers like "We like Ike" etc though XD

It works differently this time, feels more professional. You can see the trend of the player and probably even follo him/her.
Yeah, this really baffles me. Of all the things they could do to the online, this would have been the best feature for Smash. Butttttt nope, oh well. :\
Tbf with (hopefully) decent online, this will be much better.

Yeah Ninka leaked that we are getting 4 Alph as alt. So far he's spotted on with rumors/leaks.
I'm very pleased with the roster. VERY PLEASED.

Only 8 costumes is a little disappointing really. That means Wario is losing a lot of his alt colors, and if Olimar has an Alph costume, it means that he loses one or two as well.
But it does mean characters like Samus still have a few unaccounted for, which can be exciting.

I'm super happy with how the roster turned out, but I won't truly be satisfied unless Rhythm Heaven gets the character that it deserves (Wrestler).

Dr. Mario - The "nyChrisG" style of spamming pills from different places is ridiculously effective against people that have no means of countering it. A favorite from PM.
Diddy - Love his fast and fluid play style, bananas are great for spacing and good mix-ups.
DK - Targeted in FFAs, but a monster in 1v1s. Huge reach, excellent nair, and a kill move that can be unleashed at any time. Not to mention his absurd dunking potential. Good against FE characters.
Seconds:
Bowser: FOTM. Power, speed, super armor, he's got it all. Staying at secondaries for now to see how the meta shifts, and to see if people learn any good counters.
Little Mac: High Risk, High Reward. Due to the number for FD-style stages, I expect him to be omnipresent on For Glory due to his outstanding ground game.
Robin: Never played FE: Awakening, but I like his diverse skill set. Will give him a shot and see if I'm any good.
Despise:
Marth and Lucina: Absolutely can't stand these two, as Marth was responsible for a lot of my PM woes, and there's too much FE and sword shit in SSB4 already. Will develop a counter game day 1.
Fuck 'em.

I also think every character will have AT LEAST eight colors as opposed to only eight. Characters like Wario with alternate costumes will probably have more. Of course I base this on nothing.

For Olimar at least, they specifically said both Olimar and Alph each get only 4, so I wouldn't bet on it.

As many people are aware that Ganondorf still have his old moveset, and we are aware that people actively want him to get new moveset so he can feel like Ganondorf instead of Cap Falcon's heavy clone.
I wonder why Ganondorf didn't get make over as Bowser, Pit and Yoshi did. Even Zero Suit Samus, Sheik, Peach and few characters got couple of new moves. I can't help but wondering that they might ran out of time before they had a chance to give him couple of new moves or so.
I'm perfectly fine with Brawl's Ganondorf since I main him. I just wish that he have better up-tilt move.

I think it's due to the fact that Ganondorf is relatively last-minute, so he isn't as much of a priority. With respect to Bowser, most of what Sakurai did was to make him

Yea, I chalk that up to the N64's graphical limitations not being able to do the spikes. But for whatever reason they carried it into the GCN, and even some remnants on the Wii. At least everything is nice and normal now.
It's also a little comforting to know a piece of Super Mario 64's engine is probably in every single New Super Mario Bros.

I'm still holding out a little hope for Ganondorf. We've seen what, 6 or 7 of his 20-some moves? I'm hoping. We got his jab back, and that's great. The up-b is back, that's kinda meh. I'm mostly hoping the neutral B, nair, and up tilt have changed. Did Brawl Ganon's side B still work if shielded? If not, it should do that now I hope.
