Why is that?

My interest in gaming has most definitely decreased significantly but I always remembered how much fun I had playing brawl competitively here on neogaf and winning a few tourneys. Even though I had the previous two Smash Bros (N64, and GC), after experiencing Brawl with Snake, he was necessary in my purchase. Now that he's gone, coupled in with the fact that my interest in gaming has dwindled, I have no compelling desire to buy a Wii U strictly for this game.

Well, I'd love if they were characters who are major to both companies, so...

Valkyrie, Arthur, and... dang, it's rough to think of another SEGA character that's big for Nintendo. Red Ring Rico? PSO was basically the only reason to own a GC network adapter.
