I like going through the various challenges to unlock fighters. I've always liked that about smash. I would've never bothered with 100 man melee if i didnt need to get through it for falco.

But I like having a lot of characters when I sit down with my friends to play, since we're usually at it for 8+ hours. Though when people tend to play they stick with what they know.

If the starting roster was the full n64 roster, then you'd get to the level you'd usually play at in multiplayer fairly quickly, then move on to the final 12 that i guess could be dual unlocked for single and multiplayer?

I really like smash singleplayer, and I like a challenge when unlocking characters, so this would be rad for me personally.

Along with Itoi revealed as playable and announcing Mother 4 for 3DS.

That'd be a pretty great way for them to reach out to the fanbase. Regardless of the game's quality, it's going to feel really weird playing Mother 4 on PC.

The punches seem odd, but otherwise it looks fine.

I would have liked more customization options overall, though. My Shulk used glasses for most of the game so it's odd seeing him in his default clothes while my ending Shulk was wearing sunglasses and gold armor.
