Real good news for Willy Mack, dude's talented and it'll be interesting to see how they use him in NXT. Can't wait for these shows to arrive on DVD, wish they had the magic 24hr SMV turnaround like some CHIKARA shows used to.

IIRC it was because 1. He was a former WWF guy and 2. They had the Million Dollar Man.
I also heard he was named Vincent to piss off Vince, but I'm not sure that's true.

The guy everybody hated was Shawn and it's obvious why.
Vader and Goldberg were two of the biggest fuckups the WWF/E did by outright dumb booking. At least Goldberg started off great with The Rock, but went downhill fast because of RAW is H's.
As many people hated Vader, if not more, than hated Shawn. Shawn never injured anyone and risked their livelihood. Vader attempted to injure everyone.
I'd be surprised if anybody liked Shawn in the mid-late 90's. Aside from Triple H who was just biding his way up the ass kissing tree. Even Undertaker hated his ass.
Vince liked him which is why he was brought in. Huge guy with amazing athleticism. It's unparalleled. But one guy's ego got in the way and thus really never recovered.

I hope this means once Rusev cools down he won't be turned into a dancing comedic babyface like Tensai, Khali, Kozlov, etc. all were. That is what happens to every large heel when their push doesn't work out.
There are much better things to be than "Vince's guy". Just look at that extract, Vince was super into Big E just a matter of months ago, now he's nowhere.
He gets bored of his "projects" quickly and discards them.
I just hope Rusev lands on his wrapped feet when his push ends.
