It came out on DS too, you should really check it out if you like those kind of games, it's one of the best.
As with every other party member having a name that's altered from a common or historical one, Shulk could just be a loose romanisation of the German surname Schülke. I had missed the possibility because I was convinced it'd be a mistranslation of something Greek or Gnostic like a few other things in the game.

How is the DS version? I believe someone else asked how that version too.
Pretty hard to decide with all the characters in the starting roster.
For my veterans I picked three of my favorites from the past games, and as far as newcomers go I picked Mega Man due to being my most wanted newcomer, and Shulk and Greninja for their playstyle.

I wish the faced mechon were integrated with the converted human instead of just being battle suits. It'd be more horrifying that way, though Fiora would obviously have to be shrunk down to fit with the party.

In terms of veterans, I think I'll try:

- Charizard
In terms of newcomers, I think I'll try:
- Greninja
- Palutena
- Robin
...but honestly, even as I type the above, I remember, "Oh, but I really want to try Rosalina & Luma," and "Oh, but I really want to try Little Mac," and so on.
And of course, Shulk is constantly on my mind these days. He looks so amazing.

Also, for all that talk about "Shulk is Tidus/Sora/Vaan/Neku", I think people are missing the all-too-plain revelation that Nopon like Riki are actually Gourgeist:
It's funny, I wrote off Riki as just the token cutesy joke character, initially. I was sort of right, he is a joke... but not in the direction I'd expected. They'd decided one day during development to give him obscene amounts of health as a laugh, but then wound up keeping it; as a result, the guy's a friggin' beast. 9999 HP (game's max), and he can throw out four damage-over-time statuses on you (which stack) all on his little lonesome. He's no Chao; he's actually a force to be reckoned with.

guest characters after the three in Smash 4, Crono is preeeeetty high up the list. Mostly because of the lack of a key defining protagonist from the NES/SNES era DQ/FF games. And also because he brings the best music.
It's something like Layton is 1st, then Phoenix Wright, then Simon Belmont, and then Crono.

I think I will able to watch twitch when I have free time.
It wouldn't be out until a week before release date so I would say this Saturday but It might be little late. Xane and I are working on it much as we can.

I also would have also preferred something more lasting. Perhaps a similar situation to
MGR, with the Homs amputated from the neck down, their heads and spinal cords attached to cyborg bodies that could be used to pilot the Faces.

I would have just had the spine directly connected to the machine, with the head in a box. Egil has no reason to give someone like Mumkhar the ability to leave his cockpit. Fiora would be the only one to receive a cyborg body connected to the head, since she's supposed to be Mayneth's avatar and would need more autonomy.

I say: the more streams we have, the better. Especially one for us to sort of ask you to try things would be cool anyway since I imagine a lot of the bigger streams that are going to be streaming it will be too chaotic to get the streamer to try stuff.

You know oddly enough I don't like watching people I don't know play smash. It just feels to impersonal for me. I won't even watch Game Grumps play it and I love those guys.
However I'm a for more people streaming it so fans can see the content early.
